Well equipped room and bathroom. Coat hooks on the walls in both provided places to hang clothes or towels when changing. Much better than having to use the floor. Also many flat places to lay suitcases flat for unpacking.

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in recently. Staff friendly and polite. Breakfast offerings where plentiful and fresh. Rooms are spacious and welcoming. Love the ammenities in the bathroom the bottles of shampoo, soap and lotion are in large bottles with pumps on hangers easily dispensed.

Friendly staff & maintenance. After a long day of travel we wanted to watch a movie. It took close to 2 hours before the tv was functional. When you spend 200-plus, you kind of expect to be in a room with a TV.

There was broken glass on floor behind our door, the door stop in bathroom was also broken. While these things dont amount to much they do indicate that the room isnt as thoroughly cleaned as I would expect. Additionally, our tv was iffy. The tech came and fixed it and was kind. But the cord needs replaced it had a bad connection throughout the weekend and needed wiggled. Our floor smelled of marijuana all weekend.

Location good but heavy cigarette smoke smell
I booked this hotel because of proximity to highway and eating options. Check in went fine but room smelled heavy of smoke. Pillows and linens smelled of smoke. Room could have been cleaner.

Amazing Staff
Front desk staff went above and beyond with a reservation issue, handled it professionally, efficiently and most importantly very pleasantly. Breakfast was very good for the price point. Room was comfortable and very clean. Would happily stay here again.

Overall this Hampton Inn is fine. The property is clean and well maintained. We had a few small issues during our stay. First, there were difficulties with issuing the keys (the hotel had been having technical problems). Late in the evening we heard someone trying to e tee our room with their key - I donā€™t know if they were accepted dentally assigned our room or just mistaken. Then we heard dogs yapping at a couple of points doing the night from another room. These are circumstantial issues only. Beyond this the rooms are clean and comfortable - the only thing I dislike is the coffee maker (the type that brews coffee with tea bag-like things rather than a Keurig machine. This is the one thing the chain could improve on.
