Serge and Marie invite you to enjoy our beautiful Normandy region, in a peaceful and bucolic atmosphere by staying in a fully restored traditional family house, surrounded by a large enclosed garden, with every comfort, classified ***, 10 minutes from the sea .BBQ, garden furniture, fully equipped kitchen (LV, robot, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, etc.), fireplace, living room, TV, WI-FI, shower room (hairdryer)Washing machine and upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1X160), (1X140), (2X90), beds made on arrival, BB equipment (bed + booster seat + bath). Lammerville
From the outside the property is impressive. What isn’t clear is that you don’t have the whole property. The lounge is too small for 4 adults and the sofa will only seat 3 and there is no other comfortable seating. To access one of the bedrooms you have to go through another bedroom, not ideal when it’s all adults. The garden is great especially for dogs as it is fully fenced.

Lovely place to stay. Secure large gardens which was ideal for our 2 German Shepherds. Very convenient for local attractions. Serge was wonderful in suggesting places to visit. Really enjoyed our stay.

Well worth booking for your family holiday
What a lovely property to have a family holiday. The grounds are spacious and totally enclosed with good parking. The house itself is cosy, with all you will need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were really welcoming and available if you needed them. We really enjoyed our occasional evening drinks with them and our young grandson Alfred, whilst riding around the gardens, loved saying Bonjour to Serge every morning, or looking at his tractor. Information for trips to nearby coastal villages or to Dieppe was available and the short, 5 minute, journey into Bacqueville for shopping, drinks, or pizza was an easy journey. Thank you for a great holiday home from home. 😁

Auf dem Land
Wir hatten im Glück, noch sonnige Tage zu haben und damit an das ca. 25 min. entfernte Meer fahren zu können. Ansonsten ist die direkte Umgebung eher reizarm für Jugendliche und viele Attraktionen der Normandie sind eher weiter entfernt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht so toll. Es fehlt z.B. so etwas einfaches wie ein Salatbesteck. Das Grundstück ist riesig.

Himmlische Ruhe
Ein toller Ort, um Ruhe, Natur und Privatsphäre zu genießen! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Normandie. Die normannischen Strandbäder sind schnell erreichbar, Supermärkte und Tankstellen in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung. Die Hunde haben Spaß im komplett umzäunten Areal. Für Radfahrer finden sich unweit gut ausgebaute Véloroutes. Serge und seine Tochter sind ein äußerst angenehme und herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. À la prochaine!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und das riesige Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was absolut genial für unsere Hunde war. Können uns gut vorstellen, dort noch einmal unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Ideale Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge. Die Vermieter sind auch klasse.

Belle maison typique de la région entourée de verdure
Nous avons passé un excellent weekend prolongé en famille. La maison est agréable,il y a le nécessaire pour tout. L'extérieur est immense notre chien à bien dégourdi les patounes,transats, barbecue ont été appréciés. L'hôte était présent,discret est sympathique. Proche de la côte,on a pu profiter de la mer ainsi que de la campagne Normande. Très belle expérience,on garde l'adresse !

Tolle Zeit
Wir waren vier Wochen dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, was toll für unseren Hund war. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Nette Vermieter, aber es sollte erwähnt werden, dass die Vermieter auch auf dem Grundstück wohnen. Allerdings waren sie kaum dort. Das Haus hat viel Charme. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir mit dem Vermieter besprochen haben. Einziges größeres Problem...die Heizkörper machen gerade nachts ziemliche Geräusche. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte sich davon beeinträchtigt fühlen. Der Atlantik ist in ca 25 min zu erreichen und er bietet wunderschöne Strände... Erholung pur

Urlaub mit Hunde
Wir haben mit Sohn und unseren 3 Hunden, eine herrliche Knall freie Silvester Woche gehabt. Diese absolute Stille, haben wir Alle sehr genossen. Das riesige Grundstück war für unsere Hunde einfach traumhaft. Es umfasst geschätzt, 5000 qm und ist komplett eingezäunt ! Die Größe sollte im Inserat angegeben werden und auch, dass der Vermieter mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt. Serge und auch Marie, sind aber überhaupt nicht ängstlich! Gerade unser pubertierender Presa Canario versuchte gerne seine Grenzen auszutesten. Während die meisten deutschen Vermieter Stress gemacht hätten, war Serge total relaxt und hat nur gelacht. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, aber mit Laptop, war das auch nicht schlimm . Also uns hat es sehr gut gefallen . Super nette Vermieter, toller Auslauf für die Hunde und Ruhe! Was will man mehr.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Richtung Steilküste, Dieppe oder Rouen. Durch die Lage in einer Seitenstraße ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Nur ein Hahn kräht in den frühen Morgenstunden. Ein sehr großes Grundstück und tierliebe Vermieter mache das Objekt für Hundebesitzer.
