Coming to Lampasas, Tx? We have a comfortable 3 bedroom home suitable for families & friends. This home will sleep 5 comfortably. We have added a plush foldable cot that will be stored in the closet for a 6th guest, if needed. Located on Nix road, you are minutes from Key Avenue (the main road that runs through our town) and about a 30 minute drive to Colorado Bend State Park.

We recently renovated a few things in this home, such as the original wood flooring and a fresh coat of paint throughout. We purposely wanted to keep it as original as possible as it has been in our family for many years and we intend to preserve the memories that we have made as a family here.
We hope that this doesn't deter you from booking with us. We intend to make your stay as personable and comfortable as possible. The owners live just down the street and are happy to assist with any needs that you may have.

If you have any special requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate them if possible

The communication was fantastic. We arrived after dark and the light was left on for easy parking and self-check in. Perfect combination of hospitality and privacy from the hosts. The fridge had bottled waters and some staple items, there was a basket of snacks including popcorn in the kitchen which made my children happy, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Trash cans with liners were easy to find and use. House was as advertised, well kept, and clean.

Great vintage home near town!
It's a classic! This 1950s home is gorgeous, close to town, has everything you need, and is very original! The layout is perfect and was just what we needed for our hunting trip. Can’t wait to bring my wife when we spend a weekend in Lampasas. Highly recommended!

What a joy to stay in a home that is so clean and delightfully decorated, which provided each of us with our own bedrooms. Although we enjoyed Colorado Bend State Park, we equally enjoyed our lovely, worry free stay!

Sweetest owners
The couple that owns this property are too sweet. Unfortunately, the storm the night before took out the internet but Todd came over right away and tried to trouble shoot it. Despite not being successful, he kept me up to date about the situation while being respectful of my privacy and stay. He even brought over a beautiful gift to say sorry. FYI, it is a older home, so the plugs are 2 prong only. I was not able to plug in my computer but then again I had no internet. The house is very clean and well taken care of. I enjoyed my stay here!

This property checked all of our boxes and then some. Precious home, super clean, fantastic location,especially if you are headed to CBSP. Quiet neighborhood. Our only regret was we didn't get to stay longer! We will be back!

Our Stay at 1108 Nix Road Lampasas, Texas
This house was exactly as advertised! Clean, decorated nicely and it had 3 spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms had very comfortable queen beds and the other had a comfortable twin. It has one bathroom that is adequate and very clean. The living room has a nice tv and has a pocket door giving privacy to the bedrooms. The kitchen looked out over a large backyard and it has a covered porch to have your morning coffee. Overall this older home made our stay in Lampasas really relaxing with five adults. We will book this home on our next family visit!
