Unfortunately the staff denied our children a muffin or bagel 10 minutes after the buffet breakfast cut off , we were late to get kids down by 9:30 am on Sunday . There was no reason, an easy fix grab the prepackaged muffin and be done . Extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration knowing it was an easy fix and we had no other options for over a hour . There are too many choices to spend money with a brand /hotel that does not vaule their guest. Rooms need a deep clean , headboards are filthy.

The room was very clean. Staff was helpful. The only problem I had was that there were not enough safety bars in the tub. The only bar was as you entered the tub, but when the shower was on there were none where you would stand. As an older person I had to hold on to the soap bar so I wouldn't slip. This should really be addressed.

We stayed here for three nights in October. Close to many restaurants and attractions. We were on the third floor and our room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable after busy days visiting all the little towns in every direction. Breakfast was typical for this style of hotel and the only thing we had a problem with was the blow dryer not working but was replaced immediately. Also , very helpful staff at the front desk.

I have stayed here multiple times, it's always been great except for the 6:30 breakfast start. That's good for tourist, but for business travelers, it make breakfast not available. Most hotels I stay at have a 6:00 breakfast.
