Not the best hotel
This stay was part of a longer business trip. We stayed in 2 other holiday inns during this trip and this particular one was horrible compared to our other stays. I will say the location is excellent. The room was run down, air conditioner was not working right, when asked if we could move rooms because of the noise level from neighbors we were denied, there was an issue with our breakfast tickets and we need a printed receipt for work and we are still having trouble getting it. We travel to Lancaster for work multiple times a year and we will never stay here again.

Toilet and air conditioner in room where broken. Too many bums outside to walk around. Connected restaurant expensive and messes up order then yells at you. Front desk staff was very nice though.

Our suite was huge, perfect for a trip with 2 teens and the dog. Staff was helpful with suggestions for where to walk the dog. Very convenient for all the Lancaster shops & restaurants. We'll be back.

We received very poor service at the Imperial Restaurant, specifically from the bar tender. He was polite, however, the drinks were made poorly, incorrectly, and one (a simple vodva martini) tasted like something other than vodka was in it. He also made a couple of drinks at a time for my party of eight, and then woul make drinks for other people, and then came back to finishing our order - this happened a few times so it took 15-20 minutes before we all had a drink.
