Front desk staff was very kind and pleasant. Pool was freezing, it is not heated but with Palmdale weather in the middle of the day would probably be nice. Carpet in our room was old and stained but room was pretty clean overall. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed at this property due to its location convenient off the 14 highway and its rating. The staff was friendly and were definitely the highlight of this hotel. The first room i was given had power issues, smelled, and was loud. The staff was courteous of the situation and moved me to a different room. The second room was much better but still loud. The bed wasnt comfortable. Breakfast was okay and not too expensive.

Great for a romantic weekend
Such a nice room it was super cool and air-conditioned. The blankets were super cool and refreshing which in this heat wave are just a must. It was nice to have a mini fridge so we can put our food and the location was nice and quiet while still being closed to plenty of dining options.

The price was excellent. The property overall was in good shape, clean, clean grounds, and common areas. And very kind, courteous, and competent Night Desk, Housecleaning, and Excellent morning breakfast & breakfast Serving staff. (I even remember jotting down the following notes during my stay:"ELVIS" front desk, "Anna" housekeeping; and "Jeremy" & "Esperanza" Morning Breakfast Servers & Cook were excelllent)." The only exception to this very good overall experience at this property, was that one of the two elevators was not in service during the three days I was there. Apart from that: price, personnel, property, and very good breakfasts made me feel very good coming back every day, after a succession of funeral related events, which were the reason for my visit to Palmdale.
