All around it was a great stay!! Staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast was amazing!! hot omelets fresh breakfast sandwiches!! Spot on!! We came for a basketball tournament and my kids really enjoyed themselves

The indoor pool is advertised as heated but it was not. It was freezing cold. I couldn’t even get in because it was too cold. During our 2nd day, the pool was closed. Swimming was supposed to be a big part of our family trip and we didn’t get to do it. We also had to ask for toilet paper as there was only a half roll upon arrival.

3rd year in a row and it's still great!
This is the first time needing an accessible room as my mobility has ecreased. The accessible room was just like the other rooms only wider to accommodate a wheelchair. It's so convenient to have all the dishes and a nice size fridge to help curb the cost of eating out, plus it's healthier. The breakfast options that are complimentary aren't the most tasty so we bought our own from the Whole Foods across the street, although my son did enjoy making his own pancakes. Overall it was a lovely stay, our 3rd time at this hotel and we plan to return again next year or possibly even later this year.

Pool heater was BROKEN. No admittance. We booked this hotel specifically for a pool because of a long drive and were bitterly disappointed. If a major selling-point is off limits, PLEASE notify web outlets. This was bait-and-switch. Clean facility, good breakfast.

Not a very private hotel. No vent fan in bathroom so you can hear everyone else talking in their bathrooms and they can also hear you. Bathroom has no lock on the door either. Other. Than that, it was a very large room and lots of space. Nice sized fridge with freezer, dishwasher, full side microwave. But the sound of people talking in their bathrooms being heard thought whole hotel room is very unappealing.
