2 hours from Paris, this fully restored barn can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located 12 km from Blois, between La Chapelle Vendômoise and the village of Landes le Gaulois, in a hamlet called Moulins.
Location: 30 km from Chambord Castle, 40 km from Amboise and 1 hour by car from the Beauval Zoo.

This 220 m² gîte on 2 levels can easily meet the expectations of 2 families who would like to maintain a minimum of independence.
Or: 1 gite for 6 people - 170 m²
And: 1 small gite for 4 people - 50 m²
We are very attached to the hygiene and cleanliness of the cottage. The bedding is new and of excellent quality. (Sheets, bathroom linen available as well as cleaning)
WIFI connection.

On the ground floor - large gîte:
- Large living room, fully equipped kitchen with table for 10 people, 1 wood stove ...
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 190 cm), 1 chest of drawers
- 1 bathroom with sink + shower + WC
- 1 relaxation area of 55 m² which can be shared by the 2 gîtes (for meetings with video-projector-television) as well as sanitary facilities (shower + separate toilet)

On the 1st floor (separated into 2) large gîte:
-1 mezzanine with sofa + television
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) + 1 wardrobe

On the 1st floor small gîte with independent access:
- 1 large room with kitchenette + 1 table + 2 beds 90 x 190 cm and 120 x 190 cm
-1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 190 cm) + wardrobe
-1 bathroom (sink + shower) + WC

Idyllic gite and beautiful location
A beautiful gite- absolutely immaculate converted barn with a large, gorgeous outside area- patios & lawns leading down to a stream. It was set in an idyllic, peaceful location- perfect for a real getaway in the French countryside. Alain, Muriel and their daughter were lovely and very helpful and we would love to visit this beautiful property again.

Spacious and beautiful house for family vacation
We spent a very enjoyable Christmas week in this attractive, modern barn conversion near Blois. The house itself was very clean, the beds comfortable and the underfloor heating, wall units and fantastic wood stove ensured even my mother felt nice and warm ! The house has a pleasant large garden and we saw an owl and egrets while visiting. The owner is very kind and welcoming and even put up a Christmas tree (which made my daughter very happy) for our stay. The location is convenient for visiting the Chateau and historic cities in this area of the Loire and there are two hypermarkets within 15 mins for supplies. The house location itself is very quiet, located near farmland between two pretty villages. I thoroughly recommend this Gite.

Enchanting Rural Retreat in Heart of the Loire Valley
This cottage is a recently converted barn just outside of Blois. From a welcoming wood stove to modern high end appliances, this is a wonderful house. The appliances could benefit from English instructions. Additional clarity on deposit/checkout procedures would be welcome. The location is convenient to major Loire Valley château while still feeling charming and removed from bustle of everyday life. A truly wonderful place but advise to communicate in advance regarding some of the more administrative concerns (the hosts couldn't be more nice, lovely people).

Extraordinaire séjour dans ce gite magnifique: très grande pièce à vivre, chambres spacieuses, incluant un étage indépendant, terrasses, parc en guise de jardin avec petite rivière, étang, arbres superbes, chevreuils et hérons au rendez-vous... Plein de charme! Excellente situation pour visiter les principaux châteaux de la Loire (Chambord, Chenonceau, Blois, Amboise...). Propriétaires très sympathiques et très disponibles, à l'image de cet endroit magnifiquement rénové, toutes nos félicitations! A ne manquer sous aucun prétexte!

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus, das Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die ganze Familie bietet. Die ruhige Lage sowie die 3 Terrassen laden zum Entspannen ein. In der Nähe von Blois gelegen, sind die Sehenswürdígkeiten an der Loire schnell zu erreichen. Ein Dank gilt auch den sehr netten, hilfsbereiten Vermietern Alain und Muriel.

Un super séjour
Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce magnifique gîte où les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité! Avec 4 adultes et 4 enfants , nous avions encore de la place. L environnement est superbe : parc, étang, rivière ont fait le bonheur des enfants. La cerise sur le gâteau : petit dej devant la baie vitrée avec au choix : héron, aigrette ou chevreuil ! Si nous revenons visiter la région , nous y poserons nos valises à coup sûr.
