Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pros:
1. Amazing QR code for room service: The QR code system for room service is convenient and efficient, making it easy to order meals directly to your room.
2. Early check-in given due to early flight arrival: The hotel is accommodating with early check-ins, which is greatly appreciated
3. Proximity to the airport:The resort is conveniently located next to the airport, making it very accessible for travelers.
4. Tasty meals and great prices for room service: The meals provided by room service are delicious and reasonably priced, enhancing the overall stay experience.
Cons:
1. Noise due to lack of soundproofing: The rooms are not soundproof, leading to a lot of noise from inconsiderate guests. While this is more of a guest behavior issue, it affects the overall comfort.
2. Constant alarms going off: Frequent alarms, caused by doors not being closed properly, disturb the peace throughout the day and night.
3. Outdated rooms: Despite the resort being advertised as refurbished, the updates seem limited to the reception, food area, and pool. The rooms themselves require updating.
4. Slow cleaning service: Staff are slow to clean breakfast tables, often resulting in guests having to sit at messy and dirty tables.
5. Limited shuttle service: The advertised shuttle service is limited, with drop-offs at 6:30 AM and pick-ups at 9:30 PM, which is not convenient
6. Lack of nearby attractions: Besides the airport, there is nothing within walking distance to do, limiting options
