Luxury wellness villa in a quiet area of Northern Istria

This is a villa ideal for family holidays and relaxation in privacy. Villa Orljak is a beautiful modern accommodation which can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has 4 bedrooms on the first floor with single beds that can be joined together. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and bath. There is direct access from the first floor to the private swimming pool in the garden. Our swimming pool is 20 m2. There is a shower and sun loungers outdoors. On the ground floor is a spacious living room-dining-kitchen with fireplace. Free WiFi - Free WiFi available in the villa. On the property there is a parking space for 2 vehicles. This is a terrace with a large table around which the whole party can gather and have a good time.

Friendly hosts, picturesque location
Our family had a fantastic week at this property. We were made to feel most welcome and appreciated the food and drink provided to kick start our stay. We made the most of the pool mainly spending 1/2 day at home and 1/2 day trips to the local area. There was plenty to see and experience for our children who range from 2 to 17. We all returned home fully refreshed and great memories. Many thanks

Wunderschƶnes Haus in traumhafter Lage
Das Haus ist toll renoviert und hervorragend ausgestattet. Vier Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Badezimmern und bequemen Betten, eine Sauna und ein beleuchteter Whirlpool sind einfach Luxus pur. AuƟerdem hatten wir perfekt schnelles Internet (wichtig wenn man mit Teenagern unterwegs ist) und jedes Zimmer ist mit hochwertigen Smart TVs ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist toll und die Lage perfekt, wenn man nach Ruhe und Erholung sucht. AuƟerdem kann man in den Bergen toll wandern und ausgiebig Motorrad fahren. Gari ist immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem ein auƟergewƶhnlich schƶnes Haus mit groƟartiger Ausstattung.

Traumhaft entspannt in den Bergen
Garis Villa ist sehr schƶn in einem kleinen abgelegenen Dorf in den Bergen gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Gari war sehr einfach und wir haben viele nĆ¼tzliche Tipps von ihm bekommen. Insgesamt ein mega cooler Urlaub, den meine Freunde und ich sehr genossen haben. Gerne wieder!

Hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienvilla
Eine top ausgestattete Villa, die keine WĆ¼nsche offen lƤsst. Jedes Zimmer besitzt ein eigenes Bad, luxus pur. Sauna, Wirlpool, SportgerƤte und Aussenpool runden einen perfekten Urlaub ab. Die ruhige Lage in den Bergen bringt etwas Fahrtzeit zu den Ausflugszielen mit sich. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar.

Eine sehr schƶne Villa.
Wir waren fĆ¼r fast 2 Wochen im Juni Gast in der Villa. Gebucht hatte ich es, damit jeder sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad und Fernsehen hat. Die Umgebung habe ich extra gewƤhlt, da man Ruhe und Weitblick hat. Ich mag nicht in den Touristenorten Urlaub machen mit sehr vielen Menschen. Die Villa ist sauber, schick eingerichtet und die Vermieter sehr nett. Dieses Jahr war es sehr heiƟ im Juni. Deshalb haben wir immer gewechselt, einen Tag Ausflug, einen Tag Pool. Der Blick vom Pool in die Berge war sehr schƶn. Wir haben die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten am groƟen Tisch auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst. Alle KĆ¼chenutensilien waren da und es gibt genĆ¼gend HandtĆ¼cher fĆ¼r Bad und Pool. Zur BegrĆ¼ĆŸung hatten uns die Vermieter kroatisches GebƤck und Likƶr hingestellt. Danke dafĆ¼r. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, einfach schreiben und sofort bekamen wir eine Antwort. Sauna, Sprudelbad und Kamin haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Ort ist abgelegen und ganz klein. Es gibt eine schƶne Kirche und einen kleinen Miniladen. Dieser hat frĆ¼h und nachmittags fĆ¼r 2 Stunden wochentags geƶffnet. Aller 2 Tage kam ein Auto hupend durchs Dorf. Dann konnte man Lebensmittel kaufen oder bestellen. Genutzt haben wir es nicht, da wir unterwegs immer einkaufen waren. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen eine Woche in der Villa. Die bisherigen top Bewertungen kƶnnen wir bestƤtigen. Auch bei uns war die gesamte Villa bestens gepflegt und sehr sauber. Weitere Details bringt die ausfĆ¼hrliche Beschreibung von Melanie B. bestens auf den Punkt. Positiv unterstreichen mƶchten wir die Erfahrung mit dem Gastgeber Gari, der bei Fragen und mit Tipps immer gerne geholfen hat. Daher 5 Sterne und allen die sich fĆ¼r die Villa entscheiden einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir waren 1 Woche zu Besuch in der Villa von Anica und Gari. Bereits im Vorfeld wurden alle unsere Fragen in kĆ¼rzester Zeit und umfassend beantwortet. Die Anreise war problemlos, das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und wunderbar ruhig in den Bergen Istriens. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, es hat sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk auf uns gewartet. Die gesamte Villa ist top sauber und gepflegt. Sie ist groƟ und modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir auch nur im Entferntesten benƶtigt haben. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich KĆ¼che, ein kleiner Vorratsraum, Esszimmer mit Kamin, ein kleiner Wohnzimmerbereich, ein Fitnessraum mit Crosstrainer und der Wellnessbereich mit finnischer Sauna, Whirlpoolbadewanne und Dusche. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Badezimmer, sowie der schƶne AuƟenpool. Da das Haus in den Bergen liegt, ist es immer ein klein wenig kĆ¼hler als am Meer und auch die Wolken blieben uns etwas lƤnger erhalten als an der KĆ¼ste. Daher konnten wir in diesem verhƤltnismƤƟig kĆ¼hlen FrĆ¼hjahr (Mai) den Pool nicht wirklich nutzen, dies hat uns aber nicht gestƶrt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Fenster kƶnnen mit den landestypischen FensterlƤden komplett abgedunkelt werden, was wir sehr gut fanden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und fĆ¼r Erholungsuchende bestens geeignet. FuƟlƤufig kann man einen kleinen Laden fĆ¼r frisches Brot, Schinken etc erreichen, fĆ¼r grĆ¶ĆŸere Besorgungen ist ein Auto nƶtig. Da aber sowohl Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, SpĆ¼lmaschinenreiniger etc in ausreichender Menge vorhanden war, haben wir es sehr genossen, in diesem Urlaub gar nicht groƟ einkaufen zu mĆ¼ssen. Vielen Dank dafĆ¼r noch einmal! Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck oder Grillabende mit dem einfach zu handhabenden Gasgrill sehr genossen. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Sehr hilfreich waren auch die vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen von Gari Ć¼ber Restaurants und SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Man braucht zwar fĆ¼r die meisten Unternehmungen das Auto und ist auch ein wenig unterwegs, haben die Fahrten durch die wunderschƶne Gegend aber sehr genossen und als wohltuend und erholsam empfunden. Bei Fragen war Gari immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, besser geht es nicht. Wir wĆ¼nschen Anica und Gari alles Gute und werden gerne wieder einmal bei Ihnen Urlaub machen!

Loved this vacation!
Super mooie, nette en leuke villa! De eigenaar is super gastvrij en geeft advies over waar je lekker kan eten, waar je het beste boodschappen kan doen en had zelfs lunch voor ons gehaald toen we aankwamen. Het wellness gedeelte van de villa was ook heerlijk. Toen we bij aankomst hoorde dat de jacuzzi niet goed werkte kregen we als compensatie een gratis pizza en drankje aangeboden van Gari! Het enige nadeel is dat het een beetje afgelegen ligt en het wel een stukje rijden is naar de bewoonde wereld. Toch moet ik zeggen dat ik hier wel echt een topvakantie heb gehad! De rust in het drop was heerlijk, de buren waren vriendelijk en ondanks dat we wat afgelegen zaten van de bewoonde wereld hebben we toch vaak genoeg een uitje gepland! We zijn met zijn alle heerlijk uitgerust deze vakantie en willen Gari heel erg bedanken voor zijn gastvriendelijkheid en het huis!

Die Villa Orljak in Lanisce ist ein sehr modern eingerichtetes Haus. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind groƟ, die Betten sind sehr bequem (wir haben besser geschlafen als zu Hause). In jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher, eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Badezimmer, mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Der Poolbereich mit 5 Liegen ist zwar von auƟen einsehbar, jedoch fahren am Tag nur sehr wenige Autos vorbei. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool laden zum entspannen ein. Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden, auch der AuƟenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter Anica und Gari sind sehr nett. Wir wurden mit kalten GetrƤnken und einer kleinen Brotzeit sehr herzlich empfangen. Die beiden waren immer zu erreichen und haben uns zahlreiche Informationen Ć¼ber die Umgebung, gute Restaurants und StrƤnde gegeben. Sie waren innerhalb kĆ¼rzester Zeit zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Der nƤchste Supermarkt ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt, zum Meer braucht man circa eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir hatten einen wunderschƶnen Urlaub in Kroatien und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. Anja

Very beautiful house. Very nice rooms. Very functional interior. The exteriors and the interior are as indicated. The pool is very nice. The hosts are very attentive to the holidaymakers, very available and very friendly (the local products are very very good: tomatoes, wine, etc ....). Very quiet and relaxing place. Traditional mountain village. Holidays of dreams, thank you again Gari and Anica. TrĆØs belle maison. Chambres trĆØs jolies. IntĆ©rieur trĆØs fonctionnel. Les extĆ©rieurs et l'intĆ©rieur sont comme indiquĆ©s. La piscine est trĆØs bien. Les HĆ“tes sont aux petits soins des vacanciers, trĆØs disponibles et trĆØs sympathiques (les produits locaux sont trĆØs trĆØs bons : tomates, vin, etc....). Lieu trĆØs calme et reposant. Village montagnard traditionnel. Vacances de rĆŖves, merci encore Gari et Anica.
