The room had several electric sockets that were not working. The refrigerator had standing water in it and you had to seem pot every time you went in and out of the building with no effort of the management to correct the matter.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast area and options were EXCELLENT!!! For other travelers, I chose this as a budget option at $90/night and you get what you pay for - the hotel has not been updated since the early 90's, the carpets are dingy, bedding is lacking, our window had been pried open and not repaired, bathroom fixtures were gross - from age. The hallway reeked of marijuana and I was slightly concerned for our safety upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful but the facility is old and pretty gross. We had unidentifiable bugs on the walls and ceiling - where other hotels now have usb chargers, this one doesn't. I basically told my guests, think of it like indoor camping. If you can sleep out in a tent this location might be ok for you, but if you want a clean, updated room choose elsewhere. I dreaded what breakfast would look like and am so happy to say it far exceeded my expectations - we had a great meal in a clean and cozy dining area. There were lots of other families and elderly travelers there which made me feel safer than my arrival did.

Outdated plugs (not medical grade safe for sleep apnea machine to stay in) over half the plugs donā€™t even work. Tv is bought from 2002, therefore itā€™s outdated for a lot of the technology now. Iron didnā€™t work, shower pressure is horrendous! It takes ten mins to just rinse your hair. Water heat takes a good 10 mins to warm up on full blast. Consistently smells like weed in common grounds, weed buds along the stair case. Stair case rails arenā€™t very sturdy for those who need support and have gum stuck onto them. Carpets are stained, and the second floor main hallways carpet isnā€™t straight or flat so for those who have elderly company could trip and fall. Fire alarm is triggered in the room by bathroom steam and has a paper note stating that but the bathroom fan doesnā€™t work effectively to avoid the alarm. The lights in the bedroom beside bed didnā€™t work whatsoever. The coffee machine is a basic one and not like other hotels who have the k cup possibilities. The bathroom door is warped due to lack of fan working and circulation in the room. The bed frame was broken and bent. Staff was told and promised to have it serviced and didnā€™t the entire stay. Guests there are rowdy and it isnā€™t a family friendly place between ā€œadult playā€ and sound. The immense smell of weed even in the section of smoke free (it doesnā€™t matter) not good for asthmatic people. Hole in the bedroom wall, spider in shower. Management hasnā€™t helped/responded/damage ctrl. Staff is friendly at desk.

The front desk lady was super nice. Our TV didn't work out she didn't know how to fix it, but she switched rooms for us. The breakfast is very plentiful and good. The service is great the place is clean and safe.

We stood at the front desk waiting for someone to check us in for 20 minutes. Then the girl comes and didnā€™t provide the WIFI or so much a greeting after we checked in. So whatever. Like get me to my room. Get to the room and it smells awful. My daughter instantly starts coughing and I can barely stomach the odor. I sprayed almost my whole bottle of perfume. The beds were stained, floors were stained. This hotel should be $40 a night because this wasnā€™t a $100 room. Literally furious!

The breakfast was great and the staff were kind. However, my room smelled like dirty feet. My cousins also stayed on 2 seprate rooms & both of those rooms smelled like heavy cigarettes. The sink and tub in my room would fill up when in use. Those thing smade my experience and my families uncomfortable.
