ValleyView Lodge…. a large 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom, A-Frame Cabin with the perfect mix of seclusion and accessibility. It is surrounded by towering bluffs of Allamakee County’s driftless area & located just a few miles South of the popular river resort town of Lansing Iowa. The Lodge provides an ideal getaway for families, couples, or corporate retreats.
The property has a private Swimming Pond with babbling Stream & Waterfalls, Outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi, wraparound deck, Master Loft Suite on Main Floor, 2 TV Rooms, Large Open Kitchen with Center Island, log furniture, a new large wood burning Fireplace, outdoor firepit in the evenings and wireless High-speed internet is available.
Sleeps 14 with 4 bedrooms and 3 Hide-a-bed sofas in the Main floor living room and loft upstairs

Natures tranquility
If you want to unplug, relax without a big agenda, this is your place. I encourage you to get up at dawn one morning with a cup of coffee, stand on the deck and breathe nothing in but the sound of nature. The relaxing bubbling of the water, the insane amount of birds, does and fawns roaming. This beautiful valley is all of that. Be brave, jump in the pond from the deck and then relax in the hot tub, take a big nap midday and then grill a delicious dinner with your family, ending the evening with a little fire, smores and more hot tub time while the stars are out. I wasnt looking for adventure and excitement, just a place to really recharge, unplug and let your thoughts wonder. This is what this place is. The Owner Cory is super personable and helpful. He works just down the hill so if you really need help he is close by. For little hick ups, I suggest you figure it out. Lansing is only 9 minutes away to get items you forgot (like coffee filters or dish soap). Relax, be kind,enjoy
