Large single storey house with a terrace, Canal +, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob, there are 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with TV and bathroom. dining room + living room, toilet and bathroom. there are 3 double beds (140x190) and 1 single bed for child (90x190). There is 2 television in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the land is 1100 square meters. There are mosquito nets in the bedrooms. a washing machine is available. The house is 1 hour from the sea (King's grau) and 20 minutes from the mountain (ArdĆØche Gorge). There are municipal swimming pools 10 minutes away (pierrelatte, st paul 3 castles, bollĆ©ne). The crocodile farm 10 minutes. Castle grignan 20 minutes.

Mille mercis Ć  notre hĆ“te, trĆØs disponible, chaleureux et sympathique, tout en Ć©tant discret, pour ce sĆ©jour fort agrĆ©able. La location est trĆØs bien entretenue et fonctionnelle. Son emplacement, dans une petite commune au charme indĆ©niable, Ć  proximitĆ© d'Avignon, NĆ®mes, Orange, le Pont-du-Gard, les gorges de l'ArdĆØche, MontĆ©limar, Vaison-la-Romaine, ..., est idĆ©al. Le cadre de vie est splendide. Bref, n'hĆ©sitez pas !

Superbe villa tout confort avec un hĆ“te fantastique; super gentil, Ć  l'Ć©coute de ses vacanciers et trĆØs rĆ©actif. Tout est fait pour assurer un sĆ©jour au top. Magnifique vacances Ć  Lapalud !!!!!
Nous avons sĆ©journer pour les vacances en fin d'annĆ©e et l'accueil du propriĆ©taire Ć©tait exceptionnel ! En arrivant dĆØs le premier jour, Tout Ć©tait organiser pour que l'on puisse profiter de notre sĆ©jour . Les enfants ont beaucoup adorĆ© la balanƧoire et de nombreux jeux Ć©tait Ć  notre disposition . Le grand terrain Ć  permis Ć  toute la famille de profiter Ć  certain loisirs. La maison est parfaite , les chambres trĆØs propre et magnifiquement bien dĆ©corer , le chauffage Ć  l'intĆ©rieur nous a fait oublier La saison du moment ! Une cuisine tout Ć©quipĆ© oĆ¹ nous avons fait tous ce que nous dĆ©sirons , un salon et un sĆ©jour oĆ¹ les petits et grands ont passĆ© du bon temps . Un coin trĆØs calme pour se reposer , le centre commerciale en moins de 10 Minutes . Je recommande cette location Ć  tous , en couple ou en famille pour vivre un instant de tranquillitĆ© et encore un grand merci au propriĆ©taire pour les cadeaux de bienvenue et de dĆ©part . Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Sehr entgegenkommend bei der Uhrzeit am Abreisetag, dadurch viel weniger Stress. Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit groƟem Garten in ruhiger Lage. Geschlossenes GrundstĆ¼ck dass sich die Zufahrt mit noch einem anderen Ferienhaus teilt. Hat uns aber nicht gestƶrt. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern von 1 bis 9 Jahre 10 Tage dort.. Hat prima funktioniert. 2 Badezimmer waren von Vorteil. WĆ¼rden wir wieder machen.

Superbe maison dans un endroit calme et reposant. Rien ne manque internet et mĆŖme canal + . Les chambres ont une trĆØs bonne literie et 2 salle de bain pour trois chambres c'est mieux qu'Ć  la maison. Nicolas, le propriĆ©taire est trĆØs sympa, simple et fait tout ce qu'il peut pour rendre le sĆ©jour des plus agrĆ©ables. En bref, un endroit oĆ¹ je reviendrai et que je vous conseille vivement.
