This place is amazing. I just booked another week here. Very clean. Very kind staff. Generous breakfast. Great food served to you room and extra food should you ask. When they have many rooms booked they lay out a great buffet. High quality sausage. Not those little chicken hot dog things found elsewhere throughout SE Asia. But very delicious sausage. Shopping and food well within walking distance. A fun karaoke place next door. A good stay, in a place that looks good, and smells so good and clean, while still being affordable.

Very dangerous to stay! We smell sewage, flooding floors, slippery floors, shower not working, no hot water on sink not good for seniors and or with disability, 3 floors without elevator. Not safe if there’s a fire no functional windows, health hazard. This hotel is only waiting for major accidents to happen. Pls remove it from your hotel list.

Good value, comfortable room, TV had all stations and Internet was adequate. Staff were especially helpful .... on the not so good side; water pressure was very low and the free breakfast has a plate of pre-cooked fried eggs cooked semi-hard and cold. The cook was present and why he can't cook eggs to order is anyone's guess (since on both mornings he was always there and only a very few people came to breakfast when we did). Other food (local food) that should be hot was also nearly cold. Food plentiful though.

Great overnight stay on our last day in Cebu. Convenient location within 5 minutes of airport. Short 10 minute walk to Gaisano Mall for food and last minute shopping. Very clean facilities. No safe, so take all valuables with you when you go out. Our flight left at 4am, so staff provided brrrakfasr sandwiches to go as we were not able to enjoy the complementary breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Helped with luggage up to room and down to taxi, as facility has no elevator. Security guard at door, staff monitor hallways all night. Felt very safe.

The bed was very comfortable and super clean. In fact the entire hotel was very well maintained. Wifi was good and reliable. Staff was friendly and hotel conveniently located near airport and dining. Only reason for not five star rating is having to go up a flight of stairs to reach entrance and rooms are a bit small.

Conveniently close to the airport and close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious. It had a king size bed with a twin bed on top. The bathroom had plenty of room with a large shower and hot water. Great breakfast; made to order and brought to the room. We had corned beef, rice and coffee. Would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.
