When I arrived I was treated with an attitude by the receptionist ! The staff here are very snobbish! You donā€™t feel youā€™re welcome ! I regret I book here I Will never recommend this hotel !

Hotel service and infinity pool was amazing.. we were directed to club lounge access upon early check in and they have added complimentary bed without me asking, my daughter slept and rested well due to this. The 100m infinity pool was superb overlooking the sea and staff very friendly/helpful. Breakfast has plenty of options and with sea views too. Hotel is a bit dated though and beach area is limited, walking around for a stroll was a good alternative though and just swim through to the vast infinity pool. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Fun hotel

The hotel was beautiful and the views of the ocean was so definitely a plus. We also love the pool. The lobby decor was excellent. The service was fantastic. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

It failed my expectation. The beachā€™s sand is not fine and is painful to the sole of your feet. You have to wear slippers when walking along the shore.

Property has very nice views and is in a remote location in Lapu Lapu. Food and Drinks are over-priced, although the Korean and Thai restaurants are quite good quality-wise. WiFi coverage was consistent throughout the property. Most staff were extremely helpful.

The buildings, property, pool, cleanliness and staff were excellent. The location was a bit isolated from everything and there wasnā€™t much nightlife. You had to travel quite far for any of that. I was surprised by the dining experience as many of the dishes , beverages etcā€¦that I and my wife wanted they didnā€™t have and we had to settle for third and fourth choices. We arrived late around 9:30 pm, checked in and were told that the Sports bar was open for food until 10:00pm. We went there around 9:45 pm after finishing check-in and they said they had stopped serving food. Pretty disappointed! Overall a descent experience.

I enjoyed my stay here and the staff are amazing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning is working properly. You get free 2 bottles of water everyday. Prices for food and drinks are almost American prices but you can always stock-up on drinks. You can buy the drinks outside and bring it to the room. You have refrigerator in the room. The food is decent some are very good and some are ok. The restaurant staff especially to Hiroshi, Rachel and Efren made my stay extra special. I would go back there again because of their great service. The grounds are immaculate and infinity pool is so pretty pair it with a beautiful sunset at night. They offer free shuttles to go to Nustar and Ayala/Robinsons. The beach area is a nice place to lay down but I donā€™t trust the seawater on that side. I saw some fish in there but I never swim. The location is far from Cebu and the traffic can get really bad in the bridge, Mandaue and the main island. So, you have to time on when you want to go somewhere. You can also pay for a day use or eat at nearby hotels if you get bored here. I highly recommend this place and I will go back here next year with my family.

The infinity swimmimg pool is awesome! The breakfast buffet was amazingly good. Our 2 year old son loved the bear at breakfast time. In our room, when you use the shower, water seeps out from under the door and gets the whole bathroom floor wet. This can be fixed by installing some type of seal on the inside of the shower door. Also, water seeps under the wall to toilet when using shower. Caulking need to be installed there to prevent it. Also, I wish there were 2 double beds instead of twins. That's not really wide enough to sleep with your spouse. Overall we had a GREAT time and our short time there was one of the most wonderful times of our entire vacation! Nice that you could eat a variety of foods at same location without having to get a taxi to go somewhere else.
