The hotel is clean inside and outside. Area looks decent. The room had an unpleasant odor when we walked in, but then throughout the city other places had that bad odor. So maybe it’s something in the air quality. But overall it’s good. Would stay here again

We choose our hotel by the way the pool and hot tub look. We’re swimmers. They should make it readily known if their pool and hot tub are under-going remodeling. Really upset to show up and find the pool area all closed down without any heads up, especially at $200 a night.

There was a soccer team checking in and only one person at front desk. The gentleman that checked us in was nice but it took a while since there were about 20 kids on soccer team. The elevator also broke down which was a problem. Then, the next morning when we wanted to check out, there were no carts available. We had to make several trips to carry luggage. I spoke with Anna at the front desk (she was very nice) and recommended purchasing a few more carts.

My first room had a dog odor. My rooms was changed and it smell very fresh. Other than that I had a very Good stay. I really don’t think dogs should be allowed in hotels. Some people are allergic to animals.
