This residence is appreciable for its location.

The villa is in perfect condition and offers everything you will need for a pleasant stay in the heart of Las Terrenas.

On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and a shaded terrace. A bathroom makes it easy to take a shower on your way back from the beach, so you don't get sand everywhere.

Upstairs, on the second floor, the master bedroom is equipped with a King Size 200*200 bed and the guest bedroom with a Queen 160*190 bed, the bathroom is shared by both bedrooms.

The mezzanine on the top floor, the third floor, has been equipped with a single bed 100*190.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, the mezzanine benefits from the freshness of the air-conditioning of the guest bedroom.

NEW: We added a washing machine for your confort.

The swimming pool is shared with the residence. It's large and gently sloping, young and old alike can cool off in complete safety.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.

This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
