Located 300 meters from the city center this superb hill villa with 180 ° sea view and large terraces has private infinity pool and heated jacuzzi with RGB LED colors, , all comfort, secure, near the beaches, large villa terrace + large pool terrace, 5 large air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds, 2 children's beds, 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, possibility of hiring an international chef.
Inverter with 8 batteries in case of power outage.
Charcoal barbecue, gas plancha.
Private parking, night watchman and day helper / gardener.
WIFI INTERNET / TV by Fiber 40 mega, very stable: ideal for teleworking.
To have this fabulous sea view, the villa is on a hill. We recommend 4x4 vehicle.
However there's also parking spaces for 3 vehicles next to the gate of the residence, 100 meters from the villa.
Because of the high price of the electricity in Las Terrenas and guests that let the ACs and lights on even when they are outside the villa, the electricity costs of the stay are to be paid at the end of the stay. 15 Pesos/Kwh : around 10USD by night in a normal way of use of the ACs and lights The electric meter will be read upon check-in and check-out. Muy cara para solo tener 2 baños, si vas con 10 personas y algún niño tienes que esperar a que alguien use el baño para después usarlo. No la vorveria a rentar por que aparate de todo te cobran la energía que usas ósea que en 3 días use mas de 100 us en electricidad y la villa cuesta 1000 us diario aparte la estructura no es buena y está muy inclinada cualquiera subiendo en un vehículo se va por la barranca, solo la piscina vale la pena
