We stayed there for the second time to be close to the airport. It was loud due to the planes which the Hotel can't help and there was families making a lot of noise. Our flight was at 6am so we went to bed early in Vegas. Who does that? Otherwise we really like the cleanliness, and the price is amazing! We may stay there again if we have another early flight.

Rooms lacked basics - not enough pillows, no facecloths. Bathroom had no ventilation. HVAC didn’t work or was turned off. Complained to management but had to argue for 2 hours just to get sufficient pillows for 3 guests. Ran out of toilet paper and the housekeeper had to run around to different rooms to steal one - none on her cart? I think they’re going bankrupt and have supply issues if they can’t stock basics like linens or TP. Would not return

Our reservation was for 4 people but we only had three towels and two bottles of shampoo. We had to run down to the lobby to request more towels and shampoo. The shower was not clean. It had hair in it. On day 2, by 3 pm the room had not been cleaned so we picked up all of our wet towels and ran to the room four rooms over where the maid was cleaning to request new towels.

This property needs a complete overhaul. Don’t let the lobby/entrance fool you. It looks as a nice establishment from the lobby but the resort looks worst than motel 6. Very dirty and gross. The room was not cleaned regardless of multiple requests.

Spacious suite with microwave and mini fridge, clean and with decent fixtures. I would have given it 4 stars except for the jet noise from the airport at all hours (and I mean ALL hours, until 1 AM or later). I realize that's not the hotel's fault, but I wish I'd known ahead of time.
