This home offers the lifestyle you’re looking for when visiting Las Vegas, and comes without the surprise resort fees, cramped hotel rooms, long walks from the parking garage to your room, and lines and crowds of people everywhere you turn. It’s the best of both worlds really, offering a private oasis in the desert, just 10-15 minutes from all the action.
Unlock the door, and you will find a large entryway welcoming you to your own private retreat for the duration of your stay. Immediately to your right, there are 2 guest rooms with queen sized beds, and a full bath. Continuing in, you’ll discover an open floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen all together, perfect for gathering around to eat, watching movies, playing games and pool, relaxing, and whatever else it is you like to do with your time. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all new appliances, and is fully equipped. For your movie and TV watching pleasure, there is a 65” television in the living room with cable, and Red Box can be found nearby if you want to rent movies for an evening at home. The gas fireplace adds ambiance in the cooler months.
To the left of the living areas, the Master Suite awaits. It’s furnished with a new king sized bed with a very comfortable mattress, a 42” plasma TV, blackout curtains for when you might want to sleep in, and a large master bath with soaking tub, glass shower, double sinks, and vanity. You’ll also find a comfy recliner if you’re looking for an indoor reading nook, and some quiet time.
In the fully fenced backyard, the sparkling pool and spa await you. The pool is what really makes this home stand out. It’s private, has a wading end and it’s great for the little ones, supervised, of course! There is also a gas grill, and an outdoor dining area, ideal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner poolside. Pool/spa hours are 10am to 8pm
You don’t need to pack much, as there is also a new washer and dryer in the laundry room.
When you arrive, you will find plenty of off-street parking (rent a car to save yourself some money if you are flying in, as it’s cheaper than taxi’s, and parking is free at all of the casinos – we like Orbitz for the best deals) If travelling by RV, there is space alongside the home for parking, as well.
