Great stay.
There were 2 front desk staff to greet us. One who was helping my adult son and his family. She was wonderful. The one who helped us acted like she would rather be somewhere else. The hotel is right across from a train yard and our room window looked out on it. I was bothered a couple of times during the night by the noise. There are no other businesses along the street, but there are many restaurants and shopping within a half mile. The room we had was a suite and was large and accommodating. It was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great. Parking lot was ample and although the elevator was down for a rebuild, the climb up one flight of stairs was made better by being able to park right outside the door.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The elevator has been out of service for some time, being part of major construction in the entire building. No handicap rooms available on the main level, so they put us on 2nd floor. A bellman hauled our belongings upstairs. This inconvenience kept us from enjoying the pool and breakfasts, and simple excursions. Stairs caused us both much lasting pain during the stay. The bathroom door is pocket-style; solidly stuck in the pocket, and the pull-device is snapped off. ZERO bathroom privacy. The tub had hairs. The view is of the busy railroad less than 100 feet away.

Hotel's elevator was broken and there was no warning given when I checked in. It was a hassle to go up three flights of stairs every time we left the hotel and especially carrying our suitcases. The hotel was expensive and in an industrial area. You hear trains going by right across the way throughout the night

Recent stay in north las vegas
Elevators were under construction. Beds were not very good. Phone did not call out or to front desk, hot and cold in shower were reversed. Front desk friendly but nonchalant when told of problems. Did fix tv as would not channel select after on.

Although it is a hotel thats is hidden. It is close to las vegas strip and stores. Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and thr staff very nice, professional and courteous.

Staff exceptionally friendly
room was large, clean, staff friendly. My only complaint would be the beds were not as comfortable as I would have hoped. It was quiet, pool and spa were open even though it says it closes in Sept. we stayed 3 nights in October. Enjoyed that the hotel was away from casinos, noise and Vegas lights.

The property was well-maintained. In fact, it was one of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed at in years! The only real drawback was the neighborhood. It's in the middle of an industrial park and railroad yard. Noisy freight trains coming and going at all hours.
