Extremely clean and tidy rooms, kitchen, bathroom. No disturbance . Front desk always accessible although have to call repeatedly , which is okay keeping in mind the huge property they are catering to. Excellent place. Will stay here every visit!

The hotel is great but the staff was not helpful at all. At check in we were told to call down for all the questions we had, instead of helping us in the moment. The shuttle service changed their service without notification. When I called the hotel, the lady at the desk told me there's probably traffic and then an hour later when I call back she tells me the shuttle is not coming to that location today. Really unhelpful!

Lousy customer service
Some of the staff at the front desk could use some customer service training. I was first given a room in a building across the street I had to drive to. An inspection turned up a bed bug under the mattress. I asked for another room , they gave me one in the main building. Why were they holding out on this ?? I could have been given this room at the outset. It was 10:30 pm at night on check in, likely they wouldn't have sold this. No apology for the bed bug, front desk person said she didn't even know what it looked like , when I showed a picture of it on my phone. Then when checking out, I told the front desk person the shower made a very high pitched, deafening siren / squeal noise for about 15 minutes. No apology, No 'thank you sir for notifying us, we'll fix it for the next customer'. Just a stone face from this woman , and she said "Ok". Then I noticed her and the other front desk person looking and smiling at each other as I walked out, like this was a joke. Disrespectful, Unreal.

This hotel is cheap but it is the worst option you can take. Always dirty, nothing works, the managers don't check if they have everything you need, you talk to ask. He never wears things. A thousand services

When I arrived I was given an occupied room and we had to go back down stairs and get another room. There was construction going on early on a Saturday morning lots of noise kept us awake.

Basic Room with kitchenette, clean and comfortable
Totally fine for one night......had all the essentials. Did need to walk up stairs and a bit....so if you can't walk stairs ask for a ground floor room. There are only 2 floors. 2 buildings --one is across and down the street from the other so you need to drive your car if you are in the 2nd building, which was perfectly fine with me.
