Très belle appartement, grand et tout est disponible. Ce n'est pas moderne, mais propre. Beaucoup de sécurité avec garage intérieure. Un peu plate l'arrivée avec le discours pour faire partie de la formule "club", mais ce n'est pas très long. Je recommande fortement.

I have stayed at this hotel for years and this is the first time I was disappointed. Top Bedspread had a hole in it. Had to call for shower dispensers refills they were empty on the day we arrived. The next day the bathroom counter dispensers were empty. I love staying here and hope this was just an oversite. Management was quick to meet our needs and for that I am thankful.

We stayed the whole week for a conference; on the middle of the week we asked for a housekeeping and we’re told we have to pay for house cleaning/ housekeeping if we need it done. I was very disappointed! At checked in, we’re told they don’t clean everyday but since we’re staying for a week we can have the room clean in the middle of the week… so it’s a lie??? Also, we for go

Property was great but don’t signup for their timeshare seminar that they try to get every guest to do after you check into the property. They charge you $40 per person if you go to the seminar. Total sales seminar. They say it’s 60 minutes but really it’s 3 hours. They will try try try with multiple sales people and make you wait. Just a scam and horrible approach.

I really enjoyed the suites as they provided ample comfort for our family. The pools were always warm and the family pool was very kid friendly. Convenient location too!

Booked and prepaid for over a week. Initial room provided to us was in Tower One and of poor standard and truly disappointing. We requested a room change and switched to newest rooms in tower 2. No drama switching …. But don’t accept room if it doesn’t match the advertised images 😎
