It was quiet but a great spot within walking distance to Allegiant Stadium and in n out they have a taxi service that will pick you up and take you to the strip the ac wa you n when we got in the room and the bathroom and bed was great!

The staff was very welcoming and polite during check in and check out. Our room was easy to find and everything was very clean when we arrived. We booked this hotel because it was close to the Allegiant Stadium and it was a very easy walk to the stadium from here.

The customer service was far beyond excellent. Ms. KT was awesome and I can't remember the other gentleman name but he was beyond excellent as well. I had an issue and they got it resolved for me. My family and I had a great time and we will be coming back again. We don't need to stay on the strip. Everything I needed was in walking distance. Thank you

There were people in our room when we entered into our room. We were given a different room after going back to desk. The shower had mildew on the calking. The elevator was very slow- and the carpeted stairs were dirty. The bathrooms at the pool had broken tile and were dirty. The pool was not very clean. The preview of this hotel made it seem as though there was a restaurant. Not so !

Upon check in we informed the check in clerk that we had finally made it due to the 15 freeway closure. He responded with I can’t believe you guys still made that trip and went ahead and called us stupid for doing that. Both me and my girlfriend were so tired and out of it that we just brushed it off. We felt that comment was completely unnecessary and rude. The bathroom was not stocked prior to us arriving. The body wash was empty and when we tried calling the front desk we found out the room phone was not working. Overall really bad experience

We were on our way to San Diego, passing through Las Vegas (Late.check-in, 6am check-out). This was a nice, clean and quiet hotel, compared to the myriads of huge, smoky & noisy casino hotels in town. I would definitely stay here again.
