The room overlooked the ongoing construction site on the property, where they started up the concrete saws at 6:32 AM. Maybe that's why the room was cheap, but they should have warned me before taking my money.

Hotel works right for the budget. Warren and the staff were nice and friendly. Making check-in process pretty easy. It doesn't have the shiny, glamorous shenanigans like the large hotels. So, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this might be your best bet.
