location is good, there is a casino that belongs to the same property but outside and people coming there create a lot of noise but i think it is common feature for all vegas hotels

The front desk called me at midnight and told me I had to come to the front desk to pay the deposit because for some reason they couldn't get it when I checked in to the hotel.it's worse when the security guard opened the door to my room at 2:00am because it was their fault Its was a bad experience and is a nightmare for me 😡 never come back.

The staff is First Class
While the first room we were given had fresh wet paint and they immediately moved us to another room which was fine. The bright star of Ellis Island is the staff!! From security to restaurant service and front desk helpfulness was first class!!
