The check in process was easy and front desk staff was very nice. The location is not bad, 20 min walk from the strip. The room was outdated and carpet stained. The air conditioner was extremely noisey all night long! Sounded like an a jet plane was in our room. The property needs updating. We saw some construction but not on the hotel, it looked like it was for the casino. Thankfully it was only a one night stay for us. We wouldn’t have been able to do a second night

Ellis Island nothing but thieves in my opinion, they stole my deposit for the room, which was the Reno room for anyway I can’t disclose that or they won’t let me post this review so we booked it two hours later we get there and they said that you can’t give us the room because my name doesn’t appear on the credit card because it was just a Netspend card that I had just gotten and the other real credit card was coming in the mail, but that’s OK cause I had a virtual card on my phone that had my name on it. Do you think that they would take it? Nope and guess what they didn’t refund me my money either so they just kept my money in two hours later I was left Without any money for a new room because they took it and guess what we slipped in our van that night and we pleaded with him and begged them, Expedia said that they would do it if they said OK and they still didn’t do it and we played it with these people so there’s heartless worms and that’s all I got to say about them don’t book with them. It’s a lousy casino
