I wish the foodcourt and restaurants open a little later. They close at 10pm, which is a little early, considered the city never sleep. Before I go I read the other review regarding the soap bottle. The hotel should change to the pump for easier dispense and don't waste the products. All my family members hated this part. My husband also said the casino table games don't payout much like other hotel. Lose more than win.

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel, but it’s still far from perfect. The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired—I found black hairs in the sink and on the floor. Additionally, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room, and we had to call room service to bring it. On a positive note, the hotel amenities are great

The place is first class. Love it, was hoping the VIP gave me some better upgrade as it had in the past. Rooms were definitely available.
