Live like a Royal in our French themed two story townhouse in North Las Vegas. All the comforts of a blue blood in our delightful three bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with attached 2 car garage & small enclosed backyard. Townhome is located about 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Speedway and Aliante Casino. Three upstairs bedrooms. One King and two Queen beds are hotel quality with luxury linens. Master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath with tub/shower & private toilet. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a bath with shower/tub. Downstairs living area has 1/2 bath, 42" TV with complimentary Netflix & HD antenna with public channels (NO cable) , fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave & dishwasher. Separate dining area opens to a a beautifully landscaped private garden with additional eating area. Full laundry facilities in unit. Community pool and hot tub, open April through September, family park with playground. Complimentary wifi. Wonderful Stay
Two members of our family were flown into Las Vegas for medical treatment after their house burned down. We need a place to stay quickly that was reasonably-priced this VRBO was ideal. It is located in a gated community, so we felt very safe and were close to the hospitals. The owners worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. The VRBO is very nicely furnished. The owners answered texts and emails quickly. Having a nice place to come to after our lengthy hospital visits was invaluable to us.

Compact gated community in North Las Vegas
This is a small villa property within a gated community. 3 bedrooms upstairs. The shabby chic decor is in keeping with its theme. We arrived after midnight on the first night, so we weren't able to explore the house until the following morning. It was disappointing to find the lower floor area rather dirty (we had to brush it) - also the shared upper bathroom floor was dirty too. We had to clean around the toilet bowls and shower rails before using them as it looked like they had been missed. The dining area sofa/couch was particularly filthy - lots of dirty footmarks on it. We didn't use it. Also, food stuck around the edges of the dining table. However, as we only stayed there overnights, with the majority of our time being spent in the Vegas area during the days, it was something we could work around without too much of a problem. The security of the sliding window/door to the rear garden needs to be improved - a small stick isn't really adequate in our opinion. On a positive note, the villa was comfortable and well-equipped, and there is a Walmart just a short drive away where you can get pretty much anything you might need. We would still recommend it if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the North Las Vegas area.

The property worked very well for us. Nice and quiet. We like to have our breakfasts at the property and this worked very well. My only suggestion would be to have some comfortable lounge chairs on the back deck. It is a nice area to relax outside but the chairs are not comfortable.

Love the Location
The location is ideal for anyone attending events at the LVMS. We loved that it is a gated community and close to stores but also in a less populated area. The condo was quiet and inviting. It was nice having a garage to park our car.

Our stay at the townhouse was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was big enough to accommodate 6 people as advertised. The only issue we had was the kitchen cabinets did not have any handles which made opening them difficult to open.

Such a good time.
Had so much fun for my 40th birthday. 2 other couples and myself stayed over a week. Traffic is busy busy so getting to the strip took a little longer but that was ok because the place was so nice. Tracie and Matt were on top of things. Whether it was answering any questions we may have or if we needed them about something at the unit. I hope to be going back within the next couple of years and if this place is available I will be staying here again. Thank you so much for opening your home to my friends and myself. We had a blast.

We went down for Worlds softball tournaments. (10 days) - We had everything we needed, beds weā€™re comfortable, hot water, towels, dishes, washer and dryer. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub one day. Neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants and fast food close by. Only thing I wish it had was TVs in the bedrooms, but I mean thatā€™s not major- other than thatā€¦ everything was great and Iā€™d stay here again! Thank you Tracy!
