2) The BACKYARD may not be used between the hours of 10pm – 10am on weekends, and 10pm – 7am on weekdays. This includes NO USE OF THE POOL OR SPA. There should therefore be NO NOISE at all in the backyard. Any noise will set off the noise alarms and notify security.
3) 5 = MAX # of cars (all cars must be parked in the driveway) - NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.
4) DAY = Noise levels outside must be reasonable outside during the day (LOW music levels on SMALL Bluetooth speakers OK).
NOTE – IF THE OUTSIDE NOISE METER IS FLASHING AND BEEPING THEN THE NOISE LEVELS ARE TOO HIGH

The Fireplace is decorative and not allowed to be used due to insurance requirements.
PETS - All pets must be approved and there is a fee of $75/pet for your stay
Swimming Pool, Spa, and Hot Tub Release - This rental property has a swimming pool and hot tub located on the grounds. Tenants will use the swimming pool and/or the hot tub at the tenant's own risk. The owner will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the tenant and/or the tenant's occupants or guests when using the swimming pool and/or hot tub, and the tenant will notify the owner for any actions resulting from injuries to tenant and/or tenant's occupants or guests.
Liability Release - The tenants and tenant's guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and owner's agents against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising form use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of tenants and that tenants should purchase their own insurance for tenants and guests if such coverage is desired.
