Property had everything we needed, but lacked passion or service from the staff. Place wasn’t cleaned properly. Limited room service options and amenities were limited. Close enough to the strip to walk to, but property could have offered a shuttle service to nearby shops or strip area.

Nice place but no house keeping and expensive
Nice hotel. Definitely has gone downhill. We’ve stayed there the past four years. This year there was no house keeping. Not even to take our trash out. We had to walk it down to the dumpster ourselves or pay a $25 fee. The cost has gone up substantially each year and we continue to get less and less

The location is great if you are seeing a show at the sphere, not far to walk to the strip, and nice to have a kitchen to save some money on eating out. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needs work, bath tub was dented and cracked so when you stood in it for a shower it felt weak and bouncy under your feet, there was only weak water pressure which is so strange for Las Vegas. It needs a new shower head and new bathroom taps as only one worked. I gave all this info to the hotel on check out and they said they would look into it. Hopefully that means they won’t rent room 301 bldg 6 again until they get this fixed, it is obvious they tried to fix the bathtub cracks previously without much success.

Good quick stay in Vegas
We only stayed one night and did not explore much of the property but had a good stay. The room and property were nice and we liked the location. The room was clean and ready. Overall it looked like the room was ready to be updated and things looked worn, but still kept clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great stay but Breakfast was crappy. There is a restaurant at property where you can get $30 credit towards your breakfast - that’s the “included breakfast” means. $30 for a family is not enough and quality of food was not good. Service was horrendous, rude staff. Hotel is good otherwise, location, quality etc.

The location is not far from the Strip, liked the free parking. The staff needs to be trained better and recognize customers who don’t want to hear about “$200 free cash” offers after a long trip. Know your customers.

Amazing!!!
Everything is amazing about this property! It has everything you need if you don't want to go into the city. Everything was easy to navigate. We loved the spa and pool. The restaurant had very delicious food. Love the market place as well, for all your grocery needs.

Very stylish and comfortable condo.
Very comfortable. The robes and pillows were not the greatest, but luckily I brought my own. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had everything we needed. Great fireplace.
