Great property in Las Vegas. Pool area was fantastic . Kids loved the basketball court, air hockey table and pool table. Only downside was road noise as property backs on to a road junction.

Great location and house!
The house was very clean upon arrival and the communication with the property manager was great. We loved the basketball court area with pool, pool table and air hockey table was nice for indoor entertainment. Location was ideal, close to the strip and downtown. Our family of four enjoyed a big round dinner table to gather for meals, and plenty of living space to spread out. Excellent backyard for relaxing in the sun or shade. We also enjoyed playing some pool and basketball. Great proximity to grocery stores and other ammenities.

Perfect Place to Stay!
Our family of six stayed at this property for two nights in October during a short stint in Vegas. The property owners/manager were great - from communications before our trip to the check-in process. The house itself was perfect for our family (mom, dad, 22, 21, 20 and 16 year olds) with the pool table/air hockey table being a hit. The backyard is beautiful! The pool and basketball court were used during our "down" time. It's a quick and easy drive to either downtown or the strip. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything, yet far enough away to relax. We would definitely stay here again when in Vegas!

This property was perfect for our family. With two teens and one younger kiddo, I can’t say enough about the amenities April provided. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Sleep well on the comfortable mattresses. I will definitely be staying again when in Vegas again

Great, home we were bummed that the crazy weather did not allow us to enjoy the home to the fullest but overall it was a great home. Everything was great, the kids enjoyed the gaming area and the pool and basketball were awesome! I definitely recommend having your family stay here and it's super close to restaurants, parks, and stores.

The house that has everything
The house we rented from April was everything as advertised. It was super clean the beds was comfortable. We had everything we needed. The swimming pool was great and the basketball court was a plus. The only thing that was missing was a chair in the master bedroom to put on your socks and shoes. I would definitely rent this house in the future.

Frustrating Stay, Host ended up being very rude.
My son opened a window in his room at 2AM, the room with one queen bed. And the screen for the window fell off because the way its attached to the house with clips not in a tract and all clips but 2 were broken. The screen fell off 2nd floor and hit my car causing damage. I told the host and she get very upset blaming my son for opening the window. claiming he would have had to push the screen out for it to fall. I explained multiple times the the clips that r screwed into the stucco of the house r broken or loose to where they spin. there not n there solid to hold the screen. the screen is huge probably 3 feet by 4 feet. i told her I have pictures of the clips I can send her to show they are broken. She continued to be very rude so I ended the call and called VRBO. Which they contacted the host to come put the screen back on. I told them no because it will come off again because all clips are broken, have them put screen back on once my vaaction is over. I dont want screen falling and hitting someone walking out to the car. Fridge took 2 days to get things cold, Freezer worked great. Basketball hoop is not regulation height, I asked Host if we could raise the hoop. Host claims is regulation height. My son is a basketball player for his high school and he can not dunk the basketball EVER. But he can dunk on the court here in Crocs. Wanted to be able to warm him up on court before games each day but didn't want him warming up and a basket that isnt the correct height.
