Property was okay. Masquerade wing was old, lots of empty retail and few slots. Bar was empty open one night out of 4. Casino table games were limited. Lots of closed tables Friday and Saturday nights at prime times when the casino was actually busy. Won’t be my 1st choice next time. James

My room was priced at $32 which Is the reason why I booked the Room in the first place. Why my total was almost $250 makes absolutely no sense. They charged me for early check in smh which they’ve never done before. Even though a room was already clean and available. I couldn’t get my chrome cast to work. There was water damage in the wall of the bathroom next to the shower which made Me feel like I was breathing in black mold. LET’S NOT FORGET THE RIO ALSO HAS BED BUGS that leave blood on & within the sheets!!

Almost all restaurant were close, part of the hotel still in repair.. the casino smells terrible only Korean and Chinese food court open. Purchase coffee at the Starbucks shop I ask for a glass of ice and the clerk wanted to charge me 2 dollars for the ice, really really bad experience

The Rio is long overdue for refreshed rooms. But the price was right. I'd stay here again for sure.

GFREAT stay, getting better!!
The landscaping is still dying for water. The Masquerade parking garage looks better. Today there was a broken bottle on the up ramp, third to forth level. Really needs to be checked in the morning for nighttime idiots making a mess.
