Didn't spend too much time in the room but it was comfortable and clean. I was able to get sleep at night it was so quiet around. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

This location doesn’t match any other Sonesta I’ve stayed at. This one gave me more of a motel vibe than anything. Everything was outdated, outlets didn’t work, you get charged to park on top of paying a ridiculous amount of money to stay in an outdated place. There’s a terrible smell in the hall ways and lobby, halls, rooms dirty. Furniture in Rm337 is badly stained. I was satisfied at all! Most Sonestas I’ve stayed at were clean and well maintained. Not this one!

The location is convenient but the property was disgusting. Our room smelled like smoke, there were dirty socks under the desk and cockroaches in the bathroom. There was also loud music in several rooms on our floor and the room above us. Would never recommend this to anyone.

The check in staff was kind but unfortunately my room was dirty. The previous guest's trash was still there and full under the sink. They left makeup behind, a couple towels had stains on them, there was hair on the shower walls. Also the parking lot has a lot lot of trash and empty beer bottles laying around.

Area was a little sketchy. Hotel definitely outdated and could use some updating. Rooms were ok, had a musty smell at times but probably due to the AC. AC turns of by sensors as it say when you leave the room but also think it affected the room at night as it was very hot while sleeping.

The water heater probably has some issue. There is basically no hot water the night I stayed. The refrigerator is very noisy, just like the air conditioner is running the whole time. Other than these two, everything thing else is ok
