The SWEET SUITE Studio NEAR STRIP and AIRPORT!

Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas! This stunning studio is fully equipped with a Queen sized memory foam bed and has a well appointed kitchenette with farm sink (including plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, etc) two burner range/stove, large toaster oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. The studio also includes a large washer/dryer, custom closet with plenty of hangers and a nice desk and work area. It also features a dining set that overlooks the park across the street. This studio is one side of a duplex, yet still has its own private entrance, private courtyard with small dog door for pups to go in and out as they please, and is completely separate and private from the other side of the house. This cozy abode also boasts a 54 inch TV with built in Roku that has Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime (among other TV viewing apps). We hope you enjoy your stay at this tastefully decorated home which is conveniently located just minutes from McCarran Airport and the world famous Las Vegas Strip.

Overnight for early airport departure
The host was wonderful with communication for our stay, even in the later part of the evening. The overall vibe of the apartment was super cute and big enough to rearrange our luggage to pack. It was a four min trip to the airport which was continent.

We only stayed one night after getting in late from the airport. The place was a great location to the airport. The 11 am checkout was also very helpful after getting in so late. The place was everything we needed for a short stay.

Very Convenient
Great Uber/Lift privacy by using the parks address. Smart TV let us keep up with new episodes of our favorite shows. It’s very quiet. Walkable to a couple of shopping centers. We walked to Starbucks and a Mexican restaurant. Very nice as a hub.

Our stay was very comfortable. The noise from the airport was not too bad. We were able to sleep without much disruption. The neighborhood was quite and the drive to the LV Strip was not to far. A very nice place to stay for only the two of us.

Wonderful place to stay!
The studio has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The decor is just like the picture and it is even better in person. It's close to the airport. Communication with the host was timely and thorough. I didnt have any problems checking and everything worked. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and provided detergent. I would stay there again.

Nice little headquarters for a Vegas trip. The host graciously kept us posted on cleaning status so we could check in an hour early, since we gained an hour after having to check out in Utah. The playground across the street was perfect for strolling our dog in the early morning or late night. Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. A Lyft to the strip was typically under $15 on the week days. Shower and full laundry were wonderful. We liked it here a lot and wished we'd booked another night!

A wonderful stay at a wonderful property
I flew into Vegas for an overnighter. Went to a concert at the Venetian. This property was priced perfectly for what I needed. It had everything I needed Including a very nice location. My grandkids were able to play across the street at the park. It was very clean and very easy to get to. Very reasonably priced. I hope this place is available next time I come to Vegas

Great Location, better than the Casinos
This location and place is perfect for those who want access to the strip but better parking and privacy and especially with a pup. The private courtyard was perfect for our pups, the weather was nice so we could leave the door open and let them have in and out privilege(too big for the dog door) and the park across the street was great. The street is not busy so we walked in the park several times a day. The studio was nicely equipped. There is a water pump outside of the studio that can be very loud if you do leave the door open though. We will definately be stay here again.
