I personally designed every detail of this 1900 square foot, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home to ensure that you and your guests thoroughly enjoy everything my home has to offer. Each bedroom has a luxurious feel that is decorated with a contemporary and modern style. The property features brand new furniture, high-quality, comfortable mattresses draped in soft, hotel quality and high thread count bedding. The entire home is fitted with black out shutters to keep out the heat and light when you want to get some uninterrupted rest and relaxation. The home has been newly remodeled and has every upgrade you could ever want.
The spacious kitchen and bar area are ideal for cooking and entertaining. This property features a large kitchen full of natural light and plenty of seating. There will be no need to bring anything from home, as this kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, pots, pans, mixing bowls, dishwasher, microwave, both indoor and outdoor dishes, cooking and eating utensils. If you prefer to dine out, there are plenty of delivery options from excellent nearby restaurants or take a short drive down to The strip or downtown and experience some of the best restaurants and celebrity chefs in the world, of course reservations are always recommended.
The backyard has a great outdoor living and patio space with a sparkling 8-foot-deep pool. It is a private backyard that is the perfect place to swim, relax and fire up the easy-to-use propane barbeque to enjoy with your family and friends.

We were impressed with the location. It was far enough away from the hectic part of the strip but only a couple minute drive or Uber ride. The house was adorable and had nearly everything we needed. The host was super responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great rental property in a quit neighborhood . Host was quick to answer any questions and checked how our stay was going. House is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find a quiet place to themselves. Pool was awesome for swimming morning laps and cool off during the day. Comfy beds and large tvs. On average it was about a $10 Uber trip to Freedmont st. and about $13 to the strip. Much better than dealing with parking. Overall my family and I loved our stay and plan on visiting again.

We really like our stay and found the pool refreshing and the large towel provided were great as we did not bring beach towels. Four bedrooms with king mattresses gave us privacy. The ac worked great and would stay again.

Family girls trip
A group of women in my family got together and came out to Vegas to take my oldest daughter’s seniors pictures. We chose this property because it was off the strip and had a pool. It exceeded our expectations! Very clean, plenty of space, and the patio and pool were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon fun. Our host Olive was very responsive. Perfect place to stay off the strip but close enough to enjoy all Vegas has to offer.

The host was very accommodating and answered every question we had. The house was clean and stocked with toiletries. We enjoyed the pool daily, and we liked having the kitchen to cook lunches there. We went at the hottest time. The A/C was the only downfall of shuts off when you are gone for more then 3 hours. Other then that its was a pleasant stay!

Great spot!
We will be booking this house for all future girls trips to Vegas! It is centrally located, easy access to the strip and Fremont. Loved having a private pool. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating!
