The first room we stayed in had an overhead leak in the bathroom from the air conditioning vent. When we informed the front desk, they sent an engineer to look at it AND moved us to another roomZm. 👍👍 We were very grateful for this. Staff was always accommodating and responsive with our requests and questions.

I would definitely stay at the Westgate again!
We had a really good stay at the Westgate. Our room was nice. Did not have a coffee maker. The hotel was great. The restaurants were great. We ate at the Fresh Buffett a couple times and the selections were amazing. We also ate at the Steak house. It was amazing!! Also the Italian place and the food place in the SuperBets place. We went to see Barry Manilow and the show was beyond what I expected. He was great! His music was amazing! We also bought a lot of souvenirs at the gift shops! I will definately stay here again!

I stayed here because it was recommended then once I chose to listen well I saw a roach roaming around the hotel. I HAVE to stay in clean hotels and this ruined my whole stay I felt like everything was not clean after I saw that. And yes I have a video of it to. Disappointed because I liked it at first…now I don’t plan to pay to stay here anymore.

Pleasantly surprised. Great location with convenient access to the monorail makes it easy to get around the strip. Room was comfortable and larger than expected with a great view of the sphere. Check in was smooth. Lots of good dining options. Casino is a nice size without feeling lost or too crowded. The only think preventing a five star review is the room service didnt come for three days. I had to call for fresh towels and more TP. All-in-all a nice stay. I will return.

Not having coffee available in my room was unacceptable. To have to get dressed, go down 10 stories, walk down 2 long hallways, then stand in a line, just to get my first cup of coffee was a total hassle. I found the staff to be unfriendly and uninformative. There was no information in the room as to what amenities the hotel offered. Our room had no soap to wash your hands and the lighted makeup mirror was broken. Visually the hotel is beautiful and looks impressive.

I only stay here for Barry Manilow. The room I had was minimal. No amenities. Hot water took forever. Air conditioner sounded like a bull dozer.

Overall had a wonderful stay at the westgate. Check in and out was super quick and easy. The only thing to note was the bathroom didnt appear to be cleaned extremely well, but not something worth telling housekeeping to deal with as it was livable. Overall I loved the area, location, the parking was great, and I would stay again.
