This resort definitely eft something to be desired. When we checked in there was no explanation of facilities or amenities. When we got to our room there was puke on the floor right beside the bed and it took until the third full day of our stay to get it cleaned up properly! The tap in the washroom leaked and the toilet seat was falling off. This was a conference hotel however the waits for the elevator at peak times were unreasonably long. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and it took a huge line up at the convenience cafe to even get a cup of hot water for $1. Line ups for suitcase check for the last day of our conference we’re also very long! If you have a conference here I’d suggest booking a better hotel and using the mono rail which is super convenient to get back and forth from the strip. Certainly a disappointing experience for what we expected and paid!

They were very helpful and kind. I was there because my father had a stroke and was down the street at the ICU. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped me with my mother as well as she was having difficulty walking. I would stay here again.
