We were very comfortable sleeping at this hotel. It away from Business of the strip and absolutely love the pet friendliness of this place. The only complaint is the noise from the hallway. You can hear all the commotions. But otherwise, we’d definitely stay here again.

Not a good stay. First room i was given was dirty and was changed to another had issues with no hot water. Definitely not a good experience and probably i would not stay there again.

On arrival i upgraded to a "better/newer room" and for additional cost, but the room i was given was dirty on my walk in. went to the front desk for which i waited in line for at least 30 minutes then was changed to a different room/floor. i was offered a $50 credit to dine at any restaurant at the casino which was good, and my wife was pleased with it. Following morning i went to take a shower and there was no hot water so i took a cold shower and my wife was pretty upset that we paid for an upgrade and all was going terrible. went to front desk and i was told that hot water was now available and that the hot water had to be shut off for emergency repair for an hour or so for which we were never notified of it. Left the hotel to do some things returning at night, went to check for hot water and there was none. went back to the front desk and i was told that maintenance will be heading to my room and to fix the hot water issue. Finally, i had hot water in my room thereafter. bottom line is that i probably will not stay there again however i have to say that Sam at the front desk was good at customer service but i rather stay elsewhere next time.

The resort opened in 1969 so it has a lot of character but my room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the Wynn golf course. I still think smoking should no longer be allowed in doors at the casino's. Vegas strip needs to get more green and start recycling. Most other hotels I stay at already do.

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality and amenities provided. However, there was one issue I encountered that I wanted to bring to your attention. I had booked what I believed to be a larger and more luxurious room, but upon arrival, I was assigned a standard room. Since I had made the reservation so long ago, I didn’t double-check my booking details and decided to keep the room I was given to avoid any inconvenience at the time. I understand this could have been my mix-up, but I wanted to mention it in case there was any error during the booking or check-in process. It’s a convenient option with free parking and a short distance from the stripe. There was a hidden fee of about 55$/day as a resort fee, which was disappointing as it was not shown in the original price, and the hotel pool was closed due to season, and the resort fee didn’t make any sense. Moreover, the hotel breakfast was not available due to holiday season
