I would like to talk about the house in a second before you book. I recently finished a home renovation. Brand new bathroom, flooring, and painting.

The property is located in a working-class community and it’s pretty safe and close to the Strip.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2king beds, 1 queen bed, a sofa bed, and a bunk bed.

The house has powerful Internet and three TVs connected to a computer. Two of the TVs are Smart TVs with no cameras connected

The property is equipped with 4 video cameras (2 of them are outside above the front door and the second two are in the backyard).
Inside the house is a noise detector.

It is a pretty quiet area and close to Smith grocery (5 min drive) and walking distance to Walgreens 7-11 and McDonald's.
6.2 miles (13 min drive) to Venetian Casino (Strip)

I am still working on some home improvement and would be glad to see your comments on what you need as well.

Please note:

Private swimming pool, HEATED (per request). A fee may apply. The pool heating fee may vary depending on the weather outside.
During May and September, the pool heating fee is $120 for the first night and $55 for each additional night.
During October-April the pool heating fee is $145 for the first night and $65 for each next night.
Please let me know 24 hrs before arriving if you want to get the pool heated.

The water dispenser and ice maker of the fridge are not working.
You will see not fast drainage but not too slow either.

The backyard isn't perfect in detail, but it's really nice and you can definitely have a good time.

That being said, if you are looking for perfection then my house is not for you.

All guests and visitors must be pre-approved before arriving at the property.

All other property details (check-in/out instructions, home lighting, pet policy, etc.) will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival.

All pets must be pre-approved and fit in the following category:
Non-vocal, light-shedding, potty-trained, non-chewers, and non-aggressive. NO PETS ON FURNITURE. It is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet.
The pet fee is $75.00 per trip for each pet (for the 2nd dog may apply a discount).

The vacuum hose is installed to clean the bottom of the pool. Improper removal and reinstallation of this vacuum hose by the guest will result in air being introduced into the pool pump, which causes permanent damage to the water pump. Please leave it in the water and do not tamper with the vacuum hose.

Pool fun
The property was absolutely lovely, the pool was absolutely fantastic. We whipped up some delicious meals in the kitchen. Ruben was an absolute pleasure to chat with, his responses were incredibly prompt. There was a grocery store just a few blocks away, and being near the highway made it extremely convenient for all our travel plans. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

What you read from the reviews is true . No remote for master bedroom tv. Nice kitchen . Refrigerator does not work well, which is unfortunate for such a high hot temperature state. Close to strip which is nice . Cameras are front and back by yard by pool. Constantly are being watched, and under supervision, excessively contacted By owner. Front door much trash and bugs . Backyard by cabana is just not clean area I saw glass and bugs. Grill area seems unsanitary and saw cigarette buds. Master bathroom has no door. House is highly secured and attached by three locks front doors. And sliding doors. believe it’s to prevent break in’s due to the unexpected surroundings that are left out . The house is sketchy neighborhoods is in the ghetto . Homeless campent close by the house 3 houses down. Unsafe area filled homelessness and drug addiction, prostitue , trash littering. You can see this as soon as you step outside your door. Definitely not for me . Especially when you’re going on vacation and end up in the ghetto hood . And you’re paying to watch your back and personal items are not stolen or broken in. While staying there . Enjoyed the pool some what do to being supervised by the cameras.

The house overall was really nice. It was hard to watch tv since there is no cable in the house. If you want to watch ant tv you need an Amazon or youtube account of your own. Not easy to work. We had to buy a roku to watch tv on one tv. It would be nice for what you pay if the pool was heated for the convenience of people staying and not have to pay a lot more. The area around the house is not the best. The house itself was really nice though and master shower was the highlight. Thanks

Positives: - House is clean inside and outside. - Back yard is clean - Host was pleasant to deal with - Neighbors seemed nice and left you alone. - Pool looked to be maintained. - Deadbolt lock on front screen door worked. Negatives: - Neighborhood is in the ghetto. - Some lights and outlets coming off wall due to incorrect installation. - Front door deadbolt does not lock - Kitchen fridge has no working ice machine or water. - Furniture looked really beat up - Beds were horrifically uncomfortable - Bed sheets and comforters were not very nice - Can opener was broken - Sliding door latch locks were useless - Sliding door in locks were - No door on master bathroom - Tankless hot water heater sounds like a truck running any time you run the water.

Great place to stay for soccer tournament
The property is clean and as advertised. We stayed for a soccer tournament and had a great time and liked how close it is to freeway which made getting to the fields and finding food very easy. Owner reached out and made sure everything was OK and when we forgot an item after checkout he made it easy for us to drop by and collect our item.

We had a blast staying at Ruben's home. Comfortable and lots of room for 3 of us. Backyard is spacious with grill and seating. The pool is excellent!!!! Getting around is pretty straight forward and Uber was great for getting us back and forth to Freemont Street etc. We would be book again! Cheers!

Fun Pool House

Booked for 2 nights. Stayed 2 minutes and went to a hotel. Sketchy neighborhood, taxi driver wouldn't even stop at local corner store. Hense the steel gate covering front entrance. Place smelled horrible, floors were filthy with hair, carpet nasty. Not at all what I was expecting from the photos. Called VRBO and had to pay the +$900 US for opening the door and leaving. Hate the cancellation policy, huge cleaning fee didn't live up. Don't waste your time and money!!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay we were really only looking for a private pool to swim in we had so much fun we didn’t want to leave. We used the bbq grill for a carne asada as well. My only critique would be there was a weird smell as soon as we entered but it didn’t bother us too much, and there’s an extra charge for heated pool so we didn’t end up swimming at night as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much the owner thought of every little detail :)

Quiet and relaxing!
After a weekend on the Strip it was so great to spend some peaceful days relaxing by the pool, cooking, and enjoying the some quality rest! Our stay was wonderful… the home had everything we needed and more! Plenty of room, a backyard and pool that was perfect for lounging, and a well stocked kitchen to cook everything we needed for some great meals at home. We were close enough to get everywhere easily but far enough away from the action for some relaxing quiet time when we returned each evening. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The entire process was easy. Everything was clean and looked great. However the fridge didn’t want to cook at first and smelt like fish when we first checked in. The pool lights did not work even though the manual said that they did. Fans in every room was wonderful. Area was quiet and nice.
