The staff was not very attentive or easy to work with. We were not booked on the same floor as the rest of our party (10 floors different) and the room was not properly cleaned. It was loud all night long, but this is to be expected with the proximity to Freemont Street.

The hotel was average..clean room and bath..plain simple room.. loud Music party event outside at another venue until 3am..hotel did not provide ear plugs.. 20 minutes after checking in the hotel an intruder trespassed into our room unannounced and abruptly left without identifying.. we called Dan the concierge of D Hotel to inform of intrusion by unidentified person and to have security check on it and update us … Hotel concierge nor Security NEVER followed up with us to ensure our safety… take away .. secure room with chain on door , people walk in the room unannounced with a key.. we will Never stay again at this hotel due to safety and security high risks Ruiz, RP. MSgt USMC

Good hotel, but very noisy being on Fremont st.
The hotel and staff are great. The room is clean and comfortable. The problem is the noise from Fremont street. We were on the 30th floor and the music rattled our window. Not much in food choices but lot's in the surrounding area.

We loved how convenient the location was. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean and the pool staff was great! They kept the towels stocked and wiped down the lounge chairs frequently!
