Die Ausschilderung der einzelnen Bereiche im Park ist mangelhaft. Die Chalets sind nicht beschriftet. Wir haben bei Ankunft einige Zeit mit suchen verbringen müssen. Das Chalet war bei Ankunft sehr schmutzig und Schimmel an Fenstern und im Bad. Kein Staubsauger und nur ein sehr alter Besen. Ein kaputter Gartentisch, der trotz Reklamation nicht ersetzt wurde. Die Terrasse konnte somit nicht genutzt werden, da der Tisch an der windgeschützten Seite lag.Die Stehlampe war kaputt, auch hier keine Reaktion bzw. Erneuerung. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ungenügend. Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Kochgeschirr und -besteck in miserabeln Zustand oder auch gar nicht vorhanden z.B. Pfannenwender. WLAN teilweise sehr sehr langsam. Hundekot auf den Flächen wo man parken kann. An einigen Stellen liegt Müll rum, der auch in der gesamten Zeit nicht weggeräumt wurde.
