Perfectly located, you'll be just 10 minutes from town and right near he UTAS Stadium where you can enjoy all the action with ease.

It has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely open-plan living area that flows into a modern kitchen and deck with bifold doors.

Stay cool with aircon, warm with heating, and enjoy unlimited wifi.

The Space:
The living, kitchen and deck flow seamlessly providing fantastic entertainment and indoor/outdoor living. The bedrooms are spacious with each having their own bathroom.

Guest Access:
There is a coded lock on the front door, you will receive the code once you have booked the home.

The Neighborhood:
Invermay is a lovely part of Launceston. Built on the mud flats, before the flood levy was built Invermay was prone to flooding. Many homes still bear the scars of the floodwaters to this day in stained floorboards and plaster. A suburb traditionally known as an industrial and undesirable place to live, Invermay now enjoys a new and funky lease on life.

With gorgeous homes, filled with character and close proximity to the center of town, university, football stadium, seaport and riverbend park, it is gaining a very popular and beloved reputation. Although there is still some commerce peppered throughout the suburb, the homes are now sought after and are lovingly being restored back to their former glory!

You will love strolling the streets looking at the homes or the flat and comfortable walk to many of Launceston's major attractions.

Good location
The location was good, though parking wasn't great. The presentation of the property was good, but it wasn't very clean & yard was unkept. This was mentioned to property managers, who said they would look into it. It was a bit confusing who I was dealing with. There seemed to be multiple people responding to my messages. All in all...it was a nice place to stay.

Lovely house which exceeded expectations! Hope to stay here again. Only downside was an error in bookings with the next guest arriving a day early and starting to enter the property while we were there. Was sorted out quickly!
