The toilet stopped flushing in our first room. We had to move rooms at 10.10pm after returning from a night at the theatre. They upgraded us to an Executive Twin room and offered to help us pack up and move (which we declined). We also received two complimentary drink vouchers. Although physically in an upgraded room - the only difference was a complimentary large bottle of water, a tea pot, tea leaves and throws on the bed - we had no access to the other executive facilities such as internet, Pay TV, a code to the executive lounge, etc. So compensation wasn't really the $30 tariff the Manager claimed.

Staff very friendly and responsive. Property is an old building and had the old charm however rooms look a bit tired yet comfortable and reasonably quiet given the location.
