The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The rooms on the other hand were horrible. The first room the air conditioner didn't work. We had to switch rooms. The mattress in both rooms were very old and needed to be replaced. I needed to reclean the bathroom myself. there was mold around the shower.

It was convenient and quiet. The only complaint I have was that when I first came in my car bottomed out because you have to cross the road pretty fast in order not to get hit by oncoming traffic.

The non smoking room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. The room was not very clean and some amenities didnt work. The tv remote didnt even have the battery cover on it. The air conditiors filter was dirty when we checked into the room. Will not be staying again.

We got to the hotel at 5 pm, our room was not ready. The clerk put us in a different room that was supposed to be nonsmoking, but it reeked of cigarettes. She apologized and said we could wait until another room was ready. It was 6 pm before we got in a room. The desk clerk was great and very sweet. When we got in the room, I took off my shoes and walked around in the room. When I sat down, my feet were black from the dirt on the floor. The couch was nasty, the desk chair was stained, the walls are dirty. I will not stay here again.

1 nice stay and some TLC to the place
Booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night , for a 1 night stay was okay , but it needed some TLC to the place , the carpet needes to be clean at least once a week , the blanket was thin had to turn the AC off so it would be confront to sleep and we was in southern Mississippi on a 90 degree day .

The room we were put in room 221 was very unclean. The sofa was so duty it looked like a sofa they took off the street and put it in that room. The beds looked like someone was sleeping in them cause the sheets did not look fresh and the pillows was so flat like some one just got off of them.

Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Hotel condition is in fair condition. Laurel is in desperate need of more hotels. I only stayed here due to pricing.

As i arrived to the property, i immediately felt very insafe and insecure about the surrpundings/neighborhood. Once in lobby i asked if i can please see the room..she accomodated me and allowed me to go see it for myself....From thre minute i walked into the room i was shocked The lamp shade had a tear 4 inches long, the ac had rust stains running the the wall,..many stains n walls/doors very poor condition,dirty and unsafe for health and safety rweasons....I DID NOT stay there......I went to another hotel...I would really likie my full refund as well as a phone call from EXPEDIA..totally disappointed , unacceptable and inconvenience.
