The Incognito #3 is located in a historic building built in the 1940's that was originally a mechanic shop. This unit is fully equipped. This is a brand new unit just finished. Included is a 2 Bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen), 1 Bath ( Shower / Bath tub), Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Full sized Washer/Dryer.

The space:
The Incognito #3 is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs to climb. Fully furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 King ) (1 Queen), Bathroom with Shower / bathtub, 12 foot ceilings, common great room, washer and dryer in unit.
Other things to note

* Just as a note, the train tracks are located to the east. So you might hear the train occasionally. Also of note, most all of the AirBNB's in the Downtown Area are located so that you will hear the train. It is just one of the unique aspects of Downtown Laurel.

The Incognito is a unique and quite beautiful home away from home. My husband and I stayed along with his sister and her husband, so having two bedrooms was key, and they offered just enough privacy. The kitchen and living rooms are one open space with a bar separating the two. We didn’t miss having a dining table because the counter was large enough to accommodate all 4 of us comfortably, whether we were having a snack or a full dinner. The kitchen was stocked with basics and had enough pots and pans to do our own cooking. The sectional and mattresses were comfy and the place was stylishly decorated. There is a train that runs nearby regularly, but it wasn’t bothersome, and in fact we came to look forward to it chugging by. There is a dollar store steps away in case you forgot something, and town is only a couple minutes walk. We only had one issue while we were there. The refrigerator stopped working, and Eric immediately brought a new one so we didn’t lose any food. We had a terrific time in Laurel and felt that The Incognito fit right in with the hip Hometown vibe quite well.

Can’t beat the location, if you’re here to see the Scotsman and downtown. It’s right across the street! This is a really neat little place, we loved the layout, especially since we needed two bedrooms. The bed was really comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment near downtown Laurel
This apartment has it all. Easy walk to all downtown restaurants and shops. Historic neighborhoods are beautiful to walk and explore. Unit was very clean and well stocked. King bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for two or four people. Train was close by but we got used to it! Overall a 5 star stay! And we enjoyed all the Home Town shops and even saw the Napier family going about their business in town one morning!

Perfect spot for a stay in Laurel. Great location, but very quiet and comfortable too. Super clean with high quality bedding and furniture. The Incognito 3 was AWESOME! My wife and I stayed there a few weeks back and loved the close proximity to the historical district of Laurel. We literally parked our rental car and walked everywhere we went. Furthermore, our host, Eric, was a great guy, easy to get ahold of and being from Laurel, he was a wealth of information regarding where to go, what to do, and so on. I highly, highly recommend the Incognito 3; my wife and I plan on staying there again when we go back.

Super cool shop/factory vibe hideaway!
This spot is ultra cool with its stained concrete floors, tall ceilings and open floor plan. It is located right within walking distance to the downtown area if you dont wosh to drive. It is very private and quiet so you dont have any traffic noise and such at night. My wofe and I came here after seeing Laurel on the tv show. We had a nice relaxing weekend to do notging on pur own schedule and it was awesome. I'd happily stay here again in the future. Beats a bed and breakfast or regular hotel anyday of the week!
