Southern Charm 2 - July -August Summer Sale!! 7 Mins to Downtown!

Southern Charm 2 is a completely remodeled home and is a reflection of our first home, Southern Charm. It's the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Laurel and all it has to offer.
We have 3 bedrooms so there's plenty of room to spread out and get a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and new mattresses as of November, 2023.
The kitchen has everything you'd need if you feel like cooking and there's plenty of room for 6 people around the new dining room table. Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer should you need to wash a load of clothes.
There's a 65 inch television for your relaxation or for those men who would rather watch sports than shop.
Southern Charm 2 is conveniently located off of Hwy 15 where you'll find Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, shopping and which provides a quick way to get to down town Laurel. Although we're close to Hwy 15, it is very quiet at the house.
Relax on the back deck and enjoy the birds and beauty of the tall trees. Come and enjoy the serenity of Southern Charm 2. We would love to host you.

This was a super quick stop for us, but The Poole’s were so kind and thoughtful. So sweet to Come meet us personally, made sure we had everything we needed AND fresh baked cookies! This was a perfect stop for us!

Mom & Daughter trip for High School Reunion
We had a fantastic weekend in Laurel for my mom’s high school reunion(1963). Having spent summers there as a child visiting our grandparents; my sisters, mother and I were so impressed with all the wonderful things happening in Laurel. Our house was perfect and allowed us to spend time together while having enough space to spread out. The house was very clean and completely stocked (more than any other rental I have stayed in) and the hosts couldn’t have been any nicer - they even brought us homemade cookies that were delicious! Thank you for helping us to make more great memories in Laurel!

Cozy home in Laurel
My husband and I were driving from Tennessee to Arizona and decided to stay overnight in Laurel to check out the HGTV hometown. When we arrived at the home, Beverly had home baked cookies waiting for us (so delicious that I got the recipe). The home itself is soooo cozy! The bed we slept in was very comfortable and the home itself was immaculately clean. We were able to take the next day to explore Laurel and LOVED the town. We did spend money in the various stores where Erin from HGTV has many of her paintings, candles, etc. What fun! Would love to go back for a bit longer and would definitely stay again at the Southern Charm 2 home. Thank you Beverly, for checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect and for making this our home away from home!

Very cute 3 bedroom cottage, the bedrooms were big had king size bed in 2 rooms twin s in other, the owner/manager kept in contact with me prior to visit gave great tips on restaurants and shopping. House had everything you could want parking, hairdryers iron fully functional kitchen and washer dryer. Will be staying there again!

Southern Charm 2 was a very clean and beautifully decorated house. It was only a short drive to downtown Laurel on a quiet street. The host was very gracious and knowledgeable about the area; she provided a great list of things to see and do. Highly recommend!
