The room was extremely dirty and smelly. Also, the plaster was falling off the walls, and stains all over the walls, baseboards etc. Will not recommend to anyone, and will never stay there again!

Terrible stay — I had to switch rooms twice for different problems. The first day we had a persistent water leak and the room had wet carpet and a musty smell. The second room had bedbugs which bit me up overnight. The third room was finally decent but by then I had 2 terrible keith with little sleep. It was not a good work trip for me

We had the handicapped room. The shower had no bars, but had a folding chair to put in there which my wife could not get out of without bars. Toilet was a tall toilet but no bars to help getting up All doors stick. Like the new flooring

Pictures Were Misleading
We arrived in town on the train late Saturday night and upon making it to the hotel were greeted by a locked lobby. This should have been our first sign that this hotel was not the place for us, but it was late and options were limited. We checked in and made it to our room to find the place dirty, run down, and smelling of cigarettes. From the stain on the blankets and floors to the chain lock that wouldn’t reach the door, we did not find anything about this room comfortable or secure. We immediately booked another place for our second night and slept uneasily with a chair against the door. The pictures from the ad were misleading and we will make sure to do more research next time.

In my entire lifetime I have never felt unsafe to stay in a pitcular hotel. The staff member that greeted me was very friendly and nice. T When pulling up to the room I noticed a woman standing outside watching my every move. That made me extremely nervous and scared. After entering the room the lady came to my door and yelled at me through the door. I engorged it at first but then I few minutes later she knocked on my door. I called the front office and explained and complained to the front desk but they said if it happened again to call them. Well I didn’t let it happen again because I grab my stuff and got out of there.

I'm surprised this has a Wyndham name because this is not acceptable. We had to change to 3 different rooms. First room had a broken bed and smelled of smoke. The second room had a TV that didn't work and all of the light bulbs were missing. The final room is okay but I'm glad I'm only staying 1 night. I'm not sure about walking around without my shoes.
