Quick friendly check in. Though small the room was clean and had all the conveniences we needed. We would stay here again. Lovely walking across the street on the rail trail along the Ottawa River. Great value for the price.

Staff was very nice and polite. Room was okay. Could be cleaned a bit better but overall not bad. What we didn’t like was there wasn’t a convenient place to plug in a charger to charge our phones. And the bed was HORRIBLE!!! I could have had a better sleep if I choose to sleep on the floor. Unfortunately because of that we will never be back.

This was a great place to stay. Besides being reasonable it was clean and comfortable. Great office staff. Liked it enough to book a room that night for our return trip. Stayed here again 5 days later.

It was very good for the price. Bed comfortable, clean. Mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker. Reception was great and easy check in and out. Only wish was larger bath towels that were a bit thicker. But for the awesome price it met expectations perfectly

The room was newly renovated. Very clean had reservations for three travellers but only had 2 bath towels and toiletries. But next day was no trouble getting extras and the lady was super friendly and accommodating! Being in front of mall and surrounded by restaurants was very convenient.

The only good thing about the room was the tv and the bed was really comfortable. A few things like the bed were new but the rest of the room and bathroom were pretty beat up. It could have been a lot cleaner.

Disappointed in accommodations. Television was not working and they came and got it going but when we tried to change the station in went out again. We didn't ask them to come back and fix it as it was already 10PM. problem was probably the remote. Bed was quite comfortable but when we went to shower in the morning there was no hot water. I told the lady when checking out about the problem and she said the cold and hot water was probably reversed as the plumber had done that in some of the rooms when they renovated. If that was the case they should have mentioned that when we checked in or had a note posted in the bathroom.
