we had an issue, there was apparently AC issues a few days before we got there, but tit was a few days, and we weren't notified it would be an issue, and it was really not comfortable because it was too hot in the room, they're offer was free water which isn't really a great remedy especially since water was free in many places.

The receptionists were so helpful when our baggage was delayed. They directed a phone call from the airline to us and provided us with sundry items for our overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent!

Great location, less than 10min walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly. Great buffet breakfast with hard boiled eggs, breads, meats and cheeses, cereals, espresso. Walking distance down to the lake or up to the castle area. Transit card included which I didn't not use.
