Worst hotel I've been to
This was absolutely the worst condition I've seen at a hotel. Right when we walked into our room, it smelled horrible. It was 110 degrees outside, but we had to open a window to alleviate the smell. We tried to remove our shoes, but the carpet felt sticky and spongy. There was toothpaste on the bathroom sink from the previous people as well as a dirty toilet comlete with pubic hair. The trash in the bathroom had not been taken out and there was paint chips on the floor by the bathroom door. The tub faucet was leaking, the shower curtain ripped, and the toilet would not stop running. Pulling back the blankets of the bed, we found long dark hairs. It was so bad, that although I spent a little over $300 for 3 nights, I booked another hotel and did not stay even one night here. On the way back down to the parking lot, there was what looked and smelled like toilet water puddles in the elevator. I am normal ok with La Quinta hotels. This was a horrible mistake on all accounts. I would post pictures, but this review page won't open them. Sufice to say, when I went to the other hotel and told of my events and mentioned La Quinta, she understood immediately. The reputation has preceded it around the town.

Great stay.
Great stay in a relatively clean room. Bed was comfortable and pillows ample. The AC was a little noisy between constant fan and the thermostat.

The bed was rock hard and didn’t have a comforter. The whole hotel smelled like weed and just horrible. Our room was very dirty and we found trash behind the night stand. The sink and tub was dirty with black stuff and hair. The tub didn’t drain at all so when you shower your standing in ankle deep water. The WiFi did not work at the hotel and the T.V had lines through it. I asked for new towels to be delivered and he told me “yeah you can come down and get them” and he said his foot hurt so he didn’t want to walk up to our room.

The staff was very friendly, I want to say that. BUT, the hotel conditions were not good. Carpet was ripped up in the room, a dirty bloody band aid on my floor and I saw 4 cockroaches in my room! It did not feel clean.

Reserved two rooms did not get the rooms we had selected, had to resort to people sleeping on the floor due to no rooms available in the area due to a graduation at Fort Sill. Staff offered no help to us at all, went to the pool with the kids and no towels in pool area. Asked front desk for towels they were all out and the pool was not even busy. Very disappointed in the stay, have never had anything like this happen at a LaQuinta before.

Did not have our room ready at promised time. Air conditioner filters were horrible, cleaned them ourselves. Bathroom vents horrible. Trash in hall way that was from day before not cleaned up. No discount due to having to wait for the room either. I expect more from a Wyndham property.
