The nice little 2-room apartment is on the first Stock a unit with six apartments. The apartment consists of a small room with a double bed (140cm) and a large closet, a small bathroom with shower, a large living, dining and sleeping area with two beds and 2 balconies (east / west) with beautiful lake views from the west balcony. The kitchen is new and has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator and coffee maker. From the spacious, west-facing balcony terrace you have views of the lake about 100 meters away. The apartment includes a large garden where guests can relax or play (4 chairs, a table and chairs and a bicycle are available). A private dock allows easy and undisturbed access to the lake. The car can be parked safely in the enclosed driveway.

Very good apartment for relax etc
Very good apartment, clean and tidy. Great access to the lake, specially for evening walk. We were with 2 children and was enough space for us. Great point to explore the area.The only minus is not having a freezer. Great communication with the owners who are very helpful. Thank you

A fantastic place to relax and to explore and to the owner Mr. Sailer a 10 out of 10 .
The studio is clean, comfortable , nice , secure and near de lake , with a private jetty for swimming and sunbathing ,shops and bus stop within walking distance. We managed very well without a car . We visited 4 or 5 nearby towns travelling by bus and the boat trips are a treat by all standards. The owner Mr Sailer is very helpful and easy to get in touch by email or phone . The whole surrounding area is a jewel ...we recommend it and sure we will be back. For children , Gardaland and other parks are nearby , full of atractions , something for everybdy. We found the neighbours very polite and friendly. Fantastic holiday.

Eine Woche am Gardasee
Die Ankunft war gut, Feriennachbarn haben uns willkommen geheißen und waren sehr hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wirklich nahe am See. Wir haben das genossen. Bedauerlicherweise war ein direkter Kontakt zur Vermieterin nicht möglich. Fewo-direkt war am Telefon sehr kompliziert und konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Es ist kein Wlan vor Ort, was wir schlecht finden. Abends war immer bis 23 Uhr laute Beschallung vom Gardaland Park. Dieser grenzte direkt an das Grundstück. Meistens war eine weitere Beschallung durch laute Musik von einem anderen nahegelegenen Gelände bis ca. ein Uhr morgens. Daher würden wir die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen.

Es war alles Super!
Wir waren für 6 Nächte dort und es war alles super. Im Haus gab es eine sehr gute Ausstattung man hatte alles da was man braucht von Küchenutensilien bis hinzu Staubsauger etc. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und haben uns super weitergeholfen. Mit dem Fahrrad was uns zur Verfügung stand konnte man überall in kurzer Zeit hin. Der Weg zum See war nur 2min zu Fuß.

Nette Wohnung in Seenähe
Wir fuhren mit dem Zug bis Peschiera (Fahrrad veladen) und radelten zur sehr angenehmen Wohnung. Wir machten viele Radtouren in der Gegend: Rund um den südlichen Teil vom See / dem Mincio entlang nach Mantua / hinüber zum Etschradweg bis Verona / nach Sirminone / durch die Weinberge von Bardolino ... Besonderes Plus ist der Zugang zum See mit Privatsteg, bestens zum Schwimmen geeignet! Eine Wohnung mit vielen Möglichkeiten für entspannende Aktiv-Ferien und sehr freundlichen Vermietern.

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub mit Familie braucht. Die Küche bietet eine gute Ausstattung. Der eingezäunte große Garten hat uns mit Hund mega gefreut, so konnte unsere Luna im Urlaub auch mal richtig flitzen. Den Privatsteg haben wir, besonders Luna ebenfalls gefeiert. Gastgeberin war auch immer erreichbar (hatten im Dunkeln den Eingang nicht gefunden) 😂.

Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung liegt viel näher am See als von uns vermutet, obwohl wir zuvor auf Google Maps geschaut hatten. Vom großzügigen Balkon aus sieht man das Wasser ganz nah, herrlich! Das sieht man auf den Bildern gar nicht so gut. Die Sache mit dem Privat-Steg der kleinen Siedlung hat natürlich auch was ;-) Es ist wirklich nur ein Katzensprung zum See. Im Prinzip ist die Lage äußerst ruhig, man hört jedoch in einiger Entfernung die Achterbahn des Gardalands bzw. nicht die Achterbahn, sondern die Mitfahrenden, aber das ist herzerfrischend und entlockt einem immer wieder ein Lachen, wenn man so ausgelassene und gut gelaunte kleine und große Menschen hört. Also es stört auf keinen Fall, im Gegenteil, es "steckt an". Ab 23 Uhr herrscht dann völlige Stille. Das Appartement ist perfekt für 2 Leute. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden (und noch viel mehr). Die Zugänge zur Wohnung sind beeindruckend abgesichert. Zum Beispiel gibt es am Balkon einen schweren Rollladen und davor ein wunderschön geschmiedetes weißes Gitter. Wer bei offenen Balkon-Schiebetüren schlafen will und ängstlich ist, schließt einfach dieses Gitter. Wenn man sich die Wohnung erstmal erschlossen hat, findet man immer mehr Dinge, die sehr gut durchdacht sind. Das Auto kann direkt im Innenhof (mit Tor) abgestellt werden, man kann aber auch außerhalb parken. Nur sehr selten fährt ein Auto vor dem Haus vorbei. Es ist alles "sehr privat". Es gibt sowohl auf der Seeseite einen Balkon mit Mittags-/Abendsonne als auch auf der Seite zum Hof. Dort stehen ebenfalls Möbel zur Verfügung, so dass man in der Morgensonne frühstücken kann. Fast alles ist renoviert und macht einen guten Eindruck. Das Bad ist wohl auch ziemlich neu gemacht, es sieht chic aus. Auch die Küche sieht ziemlich neu aus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat gut für uns und unsere Wünsche gesorgt. Nochmals besten Dank für den guten Austausch. Wir werden bei unseren nächsten Gardaseebesuchen wieder schauen, ob diese Wohnung frei ist. Das hat uns echt sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne Woche am See!
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum See und der private Steg sind ein absolutes Highlight. Wie aus anderen Bewertungen ersichtlich, ist stets ein Lautstärkepegel vom Gardaland, sowie den Zikaden vorhanden. Dies hat uns jedoch gar nicht gestört. Wer einen ruhigen Ort sucht, sollte jedoch lieber etwas anderes wählen. Die Komminikation mit Gabriele war sehr herzlich! Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder wählen! Vielen Dank! :)

Purtroppo la casa non era dotata di aria condizionata e di zanzariere e con il caldo di questo periodo è stata una cosa terribile. Dovevamo tenere chiuse le finestre perchè altrimenti entrava qualsiasi tipo di insetto (molte api e vespe) ma così non si respirava dal caldo: il semplice ventilatore a disposizione non poteva compensare l'enorme disagio. Quindi l'unico modo per ovviare è stato quello di star fuori casa tutto il giorno e rientrare solo per dormire (una vera tortura visto il caldo e le finestre chiuse).

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage zu See, Gardaland, Canevaworld, Peschiera und Lazise. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Der Steg der zur Siedlung gehört war für die Kinder toll.

Sehr gute Lage am See
Wer mit der Familie einfach ein paar Tage am See verbringen will, sich am Gardaland und den Achterbahnemotionen nicht stört, für den ist das eine sehr gute Ausgangsbasis auch für Tagestrips nach Verona oder Venedig. Noch schöner wären allerdings Bettlaken und Handtücher.

Endroit très sympathique et calme. Le bruit du parc d attraction peut être un peu genant
Aucun problème avec Thomas et Gabriel qui sont très disponibles sur internet. L appartement est propre et fonctionnel, littéralement situé à 50m à pied du lac, ce qui est particulièrement agréable. En revanche le bruit du parc peut être un peu gênant.

Schönes Appartement in angenehmer und relativ ruhiger Lage, mit sehr schönen eigenen Zugang zum See. Meine Familie und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Besuch in Gardaland das sehr nahe des Appartements ist, war für meine Kinder und mich ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder auf Urlaub an den schönen Gardasee. Werner L.
