un accès facile
Cette unité est bien situé à distance de marche de la plage, boulangerie, boucherie, marché et la ville. Il est également facile d'accéder à plusieurs autres villes de la plage rapidement avec de bons lecteurs. Les photos sont exactes à l'exception du balcon, peut-être il ya une autre unité avec ces vues mais pas l'unité dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. L'appartement nous avons séjourné dans d'autres balcons, ne fournissant pas beaucoup d'intimité. Il donnait également sur la cour complexe. La cour était gazonnée et il y avait deux chiens errants qui étaient soignés par le boucher. Les draps étaient corrects mais les chaises pourraient utiliser des coussins pour le confort pour un séjour plus long qu'une semaine.

BEAU STUDIO CLAIR ET BIEN SITUE
Nous sommes restés 4 jours seulement suite à un drame familial nous avons été obligés de rentrer. Beau studio. Quel dommage manque vraiment de vaisselle ainsi que du linge de toilette. 2 chaises, nous avions des amis qui passaient nous voir pas de chaises pour prendre l'apéro. 4 fourchettes dont 2 cassées. Marie-Jo il faut investir un peu et ce sera TOP !!!

ACCUEIL HORRIBLE !!!
L'accueil avec la propriétaire a été très moyen et absente le dernier jour (ne sachant pas quand rentre l'appartement et surtout ou mettre les clefs, malgré mes appels et mes sms ???). Quant à l'appartement, nous sommes arrivés au Diamant à 15h, nous avons eu l'appartement à 20 h !!!!! le lit n'était pas fait, la propriétaire nous a indiquer que les draps étaient dans l'armoire. 2 verres, 2 tasses pas plus !!! Le comble 1 cm de poussière sur le cadre au dessus du lit !!!! oui l'appartement est bien placé. Propriétaire non scrupuleux c est juste un tiroir caisse !!!

Schöne Wohnung in Le Diamant
Die Wohnung liegt ist wunderbar, direkt in der Stadt Le Diamant. Es liegt direkt ein Bäcker vor Ort, wo man in 1 min. sich das Baguette kaufen kann und nur 5 min. zum Strand. Perfekt. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer gut funktionierte Klimaanlage. Was negativ aufgefallen ist, war das Bad. Der Wasserfluss von der Dusche und Waschbecken war sehr gering, es kam immer sehr wenig Wasser heraus.

Le studio est très lumineux a proximité de commerce( la propriétaire est très agréable . Un petit bémol au niveau de la batterie de cuisine ( un peu juste ) mais ça va . A noter qu'il manque un sèche cheveux dans la salle d 'eau . Manque aussi un petit four dans la cuisine

Le studio est parfaitement équipé pour être autonome. De plus la literie est très bonne. D'autre part le secteur est calme malgré la situation de la Résidence proche de la plage. La Propriétaire est disponible et très sympathique.

Bel appartement bien placé au niveau des commerces et prés de la mer, le DIAMANT est trés vivant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au DIAMANT, l'appartement B109 très bien et correspond au style et agencement des photos. Le balcon donne sur l'intérieur de la résidence et le couchage est un grand lit double 160/200 avec un bon matelas. Nous avons eu du bruit les premières nuits dû aux aboiements de 2 chiens errants qui squattent les lieux. La propriétaire doit faire le nécessaire auprès du syndic. La plage du DIAMANT est superbe et bordée par une large allée d'arbres qui permettent d'être à l'ombre. La mer est houleuse et intéressante pour ceux qui aiment les belles vagues. La ville du DIAMANT est souvent animée le weekend " Groupes de danses, musiques, sports....." La propriétaire est à l'écoute et surprenante. Nous reviendrons en Martinique bientôt, l'île est intéressante et les gens sont sympathiques.

Studio propre, spacieux, très agréable à vivre avec grande chambre (2 petits lits qu'on peut coller ou écarter), cuisine sur le balcon et salle de bain bien conçue et pratique. Bien équipé : micro-ondes, four, plaques, frigo, lave linge. Très bien situé, juste à côté des commerces et du marché et en face de la superbe plage du Diamant ( il faut juste traverser la route). Propriétaire à l'écoute. Ménage à faire en partant. Au final, séjour très agréable et studio à recommander!
